Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWe were there in the last week of May and it rained through night each evening, with some spectacular thunder and lightning storms but nothing anyone at Morea could control!
If you would like to be away from more of the hussle and bussle of the main centre of Koh Samui Morea is perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant, extremely obliging they dealt with everything for us, taxis to and from the airport, including the payment. The facilities are beautiful, we stayed in the bungalows that looked over the pool and they were stunning. All areas have been beautifully decorated in a modern style. We ate in the restaurant on our first night which was pleasant. For breakfast there is a Large selection to choose from a menu, you pay for what you order. Koh Samui is a little more expensive than Bangkok. The beach is a short stroll from Morea and there are a good selection of bars and restaurants along the beach front, nice to watch the sunsets and have a cocktail. The staff in the bars and restaurants are also lovely, friendly and helpful and again there is a real range of food available on their menus.

FranceEverything was perfect. Moorea is a lovely and very chich boutique resort. Rooms are great, well decorated and comfortable. The pool is very beautiful, in the middle of a wonderful garden. It’s very rare to have a resort with so many attention given to details. Breakfast is very good, and the restaurant is very tasty with a various menu. Everyone is so kind and smiling. But the very awesome thing is that the owners are very lovely people. That kind of people trying to make your trip unique and special at every moment. And it’s make this resort unique and your stay amazing.

First thing - the owners of the place are an amazing American family They cared about us throughout the days. We were there for 5 days which were perfect. The only downside is that the pool is a bit warm, but at night it was fun. They are also working on shading the pool.

CroatiaI liked everything, but I have a few suggestions on how to further improve this hotel. These are minor things, but might be helpful: 1. Add some teaspoons in the room, it will help with mixing sugar with the coffee 2. Add some towel hinges in the toilet (there are towel hinges next to the shower area, but some additional ones in the toiled might be useful too)
Moorea is a real gem, it is one of the best value-for-the-money hotels in Koh Samui. Brand new hotel, wonderfully designed and located only 2 minutes walk from the beach. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, they assisted us with booking a taxi both from and to the airport. When we arrived, we were offered a cold drink and some local fruits, which was a very nice touch since temperatures were very high on that day. Everything is brand new, and a lot of attention was paid to the details. They invested a lot of money in this resort, it's a European-standard resort in my opinion. If you pay attention to the details you can easily notice that.

United Arab Emirates- Security: no safety deposit box and door of room didn’t lock properly. We did ask for it to be fixed and it was improved slightly, but all you needed to do was shake the e door a bit and it would open. - No kettle. We were told the expression machine makes hot water, but the hot water always had bits of coffee in. - Breakfast: very chaotic breakfast. Never really got what we ordered exactly most days.
- design of rooms and resort - the owner is a designer and you can tell not one thing is out of place there. The love and care that has gone into designing the place is fantastic! - receptionist very helpful - available all hours to contact about anything on WhatsApp - swimming pool really nice and facilities on site are very modern and new - beach only a few mins walk down the road

The rooms are gorgeously decorated in style, nice and brand new and every single detail the owners have put thought and effort into making the place look perfect. The gardens were stunning with tropical plants everywhere. My favorite was the pool area. I can stay there the whole day with my book and great cocktail from the hotel , totally relaxing and enjoy. The staff members are nice,professional and friendly.
