Nowhere to wash feet before going into your room thus bringing all the sand in. The towels were stained. Bring your own soap as the one provided is pretty poor.

Hotel is in a good location, AC was working fine but settings could not be changed. The room was clean at arrival and also cleaned daily when the sign was at the door.

The AC couldn't be set up to your preferences it was always on power on mode, there were missing fan parts, so it was always blowing into our heads while sleeping.

It was in a nice location, not so close to the noisiest part of Ao Nang, good value for the money, staff was friendly and kind.

We loved staying here. My husband dropped his phone from the 4th floor. The night shift receptionist came outside of shift hours to assist us getting hold of the phone. The location was also close to the Landmark Night Market.

The room is very nice and clean and has everything you need. Just the staff is not very helpful. There were nice, don't get me wrong, they just didn't offer any help with my stay and could not answer or help with questions I had. Quite different from other places I stayed in Thailand.

The beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable.

The rooms are huge and offer lots of storage. The location was convenient and close to restaurants and massage facilities. The hotel doesn't look like a budget hotel and had really nice looking rooms.

Despite the minor issue I encountered with reception staff not acknowledging/greeting me once in six days (beside only by one person), my overall experience at the hotel was excellent. Situated in a tranquil area of Ao Nang, the hotel boasts a convenient location. Both the hotel premises and my room were impeccably clean, maintained to a high standard throughout my stay. I highly recommend this establishment and would gladly return in the future.

Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to beach and main area with restaurants/bars but not in a loud area. Rooms were very clean on arrival. We had to request for our room to be cleaned and had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper but once we asked there was no issues.

It takes a long time to get hot water in the shower and a lot of water is wasted while heating it up. In the morning the hot water did not reach our room. One suggestion: in the hotel entrance it would be great to have a place to wash our feet,thus avoiding taking sand into the room.

The staff is very helpful, especially Aus - she did everything to help and please us. The room was comfortable and the hotel centrally located, even though you have to walk 900m to get to the beach.

Nothing other than the safe in our room didn’t work but this was not a big thing for us.

The hotel was very clean with a big bed and bathroom. It was about 15 min ish walk to the beach which was not too bad. They give you fresh water everyday which was lovely. Overall, no complaints and would stay here again.

A little expensive but that's the case for Ao Nang in general. The staff were friendly, if a little quiet but then I had just come from Kho Lanta where the service was amazing.

Nice comfy bed and good wifi which I needed for work. The location is good as it's a 5-10 minute walk to the waterfront, and I personally wouldn't want to be any closer. It's very built up and noisy at the beach.

Staff were quite rude. No acknowledgment when walking in everyday, annoyed when you wanted to buy something. Talking in Thai about you.

Clean rooms, very modern. Provided with coffee, water ect daily. Also a stand downstairs with extra water, coffee, biscuits with a lounge area for free. Good location to the beach without the noise!

The beds were hard and all night there was a dripping coming from the top floor and landing on our balcony which sounded very much like a tumble dryer all night.
