I would not dream of staying anywhere other than Mom Tri's! It is such a special spot in Phuket. If you are looking to relax and pamper yourself stay here. The staff is absolutely incredible and it's really a serene magical spot. We even met the owner, which was very cool.

We had the suite which could probably use having more pillows on the bed.

It was peaceful and calming with a great pool and wonderful views of the ocean. Good food served there too and close to amenities. Spa was great and the staff were attentive and sweet

Sat on a hill so no easy walks to either kata Noi or kata. It's not too bad but when it's so hot the walk back up seems impossible!!

If you book a transfer back to the airport it's worth checking they definitely have the details as ours hadn't been booked. It was all sorted very quickly and efficiently once they realised though.

Beautiful location. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely food but lots of restaurants within walking distance if you fancy a change. The ocean wing is more secluded and definitely worth it if you want peace and quiet, but be aware you have a short walk to get to breakfast and the beach which involves an uphill climb and steps. If you have mobility issues the main part of the residence might suit you better.

Beautifully located hotel. It was possible to have quiet and tranquility overlooking the sea and also to be in the hustle and bustle within a 10 minute walk. Loved happy hour cocktail Overlooking the sea and loved our big balcony with sea views for afternoon reading. Staff were excellent

The property is beautiful and well looked after with a brilliant view. Direct access down to the beautiful beach was ideal. We had a room next to the pool, which was a brilliant size and very comfortable. Multiple pools and sun terraces to choose from which was lovely. The pool bar has a brilliant menu and the food was really good, decent cocktails too. The people working in the hotel were all lovely. I had my birthday when we stayed, and they arranged a cake for me. Highly recommend the restaurant for dinner.

The service is first class - discrete, quick, and very effective. Our room was lovely. Well appointed, great views, comfortable bed, lots of space. Some great unexpected touches, like cake in the afternoon. Really a tremendous hotel. So cleverly done architecturally. The salt water pool in particular is gorgeous. We will be back.

The breakfast wasn’t great, with a pretty poor selection - even the eggs didn’t taste good. There were also ants on some of the food counters. The worst thing for us was the service - we expected a lot since the reviews praised the hotel for its exceptional service but the reception staff were so rude and unpleasant, and we were mostly met with sour faces and a condescending tone. While the housekeeping were much nicer, they knocked on our door to clean the room every morning at 10:30, which is a ridiculous time to be woken up, breakfast not even being finished yet. We won’t be back mainly for these reasons.

The view was outstanding and by far the best quality of this hotel. We stayed in a beach wing suite which was spacious, clean and beautiful with a nice balcony. We were given a complimentary drink and a 20 minute head massage each which was a nice touch. The location is convenient if you wish to explore kata and kata noi, as the hotel is located between these beaches with a direct access to kata noi and is a few minutes walk from kata beach.
