Breakfast needs to be enhanced as it doesn’t cater to wider ethnicities. In room dining is limited. Walls are non sound proof or at least in my room as we kept on hearing flushing noises from the top of our room on a nightly basis. Didn’t bother us though.

I really liked this hotel. Great concept with the pool lagoon access across the hotel. I stayed in the elite two bedroom suite for four nights. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The location was great. City life right at the door step. Good restaurants, local shopping plus 7/11, etc… Great gym.

Indoor breakfast space was small for amount of guests going through. Plenty of space outside, just a bit uncomfortable in the heat & humidity.

Loved it. The pools are amazing. We stayed in the less modern area which suited us. The rooms are spacious, we had a bath tub and swim up room. It’s my favourite hotel we’ve stayed in this trip. We travelled around a bit and the area here’s nice, friendly, good range of bars all in an easy walking distance. Beach close by too. It’s not far from Surin beach and Bang Tao Beach. Bang Toa is worth travelling to. Nice bars and beach’s. Very clean and not as busy. Hope over to Ko Yao Noi too - look up the Jaiyen Eco Resort. Super lovely family run. Overall had been a great trip!

The check in process was chaos, people everywhere and no order. The buggies from reception to front of property / return - would be better if it was more constant! never came or always had to wait too long!

The food can be better. We did not get the thai authentic taste in most of the food. since the hotel is away from the mainland tongsai we tend to eat and drink at the hotel itself. Hence more need for the food to be really good.\ The main outdoor restaurant area needs some fans in the summer. The heat even in the night is quite much, making us uncomfortable The rooms could do with more hooks in the bathrooms to hang clothes.

Breakfast spread was good. The location is fantastic. The view from my room was fantastic.

What a fabulous hotel. Stayed here for 9 nights with my daughter. Our room was lovely with extremely comfortable bed, huge bathroom. The pool is amazing, thoroughly enjoyed the swim around pool and the swim up bar. All the staff were great, attentive, polite and helpful. The hotel is set back from the main street up a long driveway, which is actually lovely to escape the noise. The hotel run frequent golf buggy trips to the main street and there are 3 trips per day down to the beach. The Moon bar/restaurant is definitely worth a visit, the view and decor is awesome and the food was excellent. We’d definitely recommend this hotel, great value for money.

The service is really not up to the level of the building. Many workers were clueless when dealing with the easiest requests and problems. Few examples: - Our room was not cleaned for a day and we came back at 22:00 and called them. They only managed to change towels and trash bins and, even funnier, the day after they did not think about prioritizing our room, so at like 15:00 we had to remind them to have it cleaned. At least they later apologized with a fruit basket but just because we were quite upset. - We asked for different tea bags than the single sort provided in the room and we knew that at breakfast there are 4 sorts. First they said no without even thinking about it, then it took them 5-10 minutes of calls (with the restaurant literally 20 meters from the reception) to finally grant this to us - You can’t order drinks and food at your sunbed at the pool, you need to go to the bar yourself, but they will bring the order to you. Nonsense. - If you order food from outside, you have to go grab it yourself, which means a 5-10 min walk (x2) depending on where your room is. Every other hotel we have been to in Thailand (same category or cheaper) is getting it to the reception or even to the room - Last one: what’s the point of having smart TVs but not enabling Netflix or any other app?

Amazing venue, wonderful pool and very big rooms with everything you need to be comfortable and relax. The bed is comfortable and you get a lot of useful things like beach towels, bag, slides, umbrellas, etc. Also nice that they have a buggy service because otherwise you need to walk 10-15 minutes from your room to the closest street.

Being that it is a tropical destination, there were a lot of ants in the bedroom. Hopefully that can be rectified in the coming months.
