Friendly owner, lovely hard working staffs, best value cooked buffet breakfast included. Comfortable bed, quiet air -conditioning, a small fridge & a kettle made convenient. Up hill, opened space, greeny all around, a three mins walk down to the beach Karon. Perfect, thank you!!

The breakfast options were a bit disappointing. I requested for a fresh omelette to be made for myself and my wife but the request was denied and were asked to eat the eggs that are kept on the buffet for god knows how long. Eggs are meant to be eaten fresh from the stove and not from the buffet area.

The staff were amazing. Housekeeping girls were fantastic and approachable. Location was perfect. Checkin/checkout was done seamlessly. 9/10 for the stay

Just The way to reach it is a difficult uphill. This hotel does not have a scale to weigh the luggage.

Breakfast was great. You can use free food (Breakfast or lunch you can choose) very quiet place . Nice villas and kind employees. I want to go back to kata villa again . Towel for beach always reachable No swimming pool, but beautiful beach is so closed to. Lobby and restaurant are one merged. And finally the best manager always there . He is a very nice and kind man.

It was heavy rain for two days and two times was dropping water from the ceiling - woke me up.. for last night I moved to diffrent room ( quite new and much better quality, pillows .. everything ) . I'm not sure if is about the price or being unlucky, but the room for my last night was much better quality . Anyway I recommend :)

The shower took a bit long to warm up. The ac was directly blowing on my bed. So I had to cover it with a towel. A few more hangers in the room or bathroom would be nice. But it's not that much considering the price.

The breakfast buffet is rich and there is a lot of good stuff. Some things can be cold but that is acceptable for that price. The room is every day cleaned and simple but nice. The location is great with a view to the beach, especially from the breakfast place. The rental of the scooter for 200 Baht per day is the cheapest I have seen so far and the quality of the scooter is fine. All in all a great value for money! 👏😊

Not always the most friendly owner but I understand he has too many people to manage and it’s his way. Nobody is perfect, and it’s ok.

Best deal in Pukhet. Good value for money. Private bungalow with toilet, AC, balcony, and a wonderful breakfast that is more like a brunch with everything we could desire to eat. The restaurant has the most amazing view to the sea with enjoyable breeze. The staff was always super kind and friendly, specially Leo who can speak perfectly English, being a 5 star professional, always with a smile. The place it’s quite and in some bungalows you can listen the sea. I ended staying for 3 weeks and, if I comeback to Pukhet, this is the place where I will try to stay (if they have space has they are always fully booked).
