The pool was a little dirty. The pool edging had grime marks on the tiles at the water level and the floor of the pool was quite dirty.

Location to the airport is fantastic. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

the hotel has no disposable slippers. Even after we asked, they provided only plastic slippers(looks old). Which is quite uncommon.(don't know if it's common practice in Thailand).

Location: very good, 5 min walk to airport.Perfect for late arrival and early departure. Near to a 711, easy to get food. Hygiene: Okay. Basin had a little dirty mark.but acceptable. Breakfast: Breakfast is made to order instead of buffet style, but taste quite good. We ordered as much as we want. So it seems no limitation to what one person could order.(I think the menu could make it clearer).

Staff had very poor English skills. They didn't communicate amongst each other that I had a free transfer and breakfast included in my booking. So I had to remind them on the day of the transfer and didn't get any packed breakfast as I had to make my way to the airport. Bed is not very comfy.

Maya Phuket Airport Hotel is the perfect place to stay if you would like to avoid the hassle coming from far away to catch an early flight out. The airport is literally around the corner and yet, it is very quiet. The hotel is also in the vicinity of Naiyang Beach (about a 20 to 30-minute walk or 7 minute taxi ride away) where you can enjoy the sunset while having drinks and food at one of the beach restaurants. The beach is nice and much less crowded than elsewhere on Phuket.

Gave us wrong room, tried to tell us we were “lucky it wasn’t booked out” when they put us into the room we paid for. Wifi didn’t work well at all and shower water temp kept switching between hot and cold. Staff could barely speak any english. No nice cafes or restaurants nearby. overpriced.

This is the second time I stayed at the hotel. I specifically booked the room as it was my birthday andbecause I wanted to have a bath, as I've been camping for 3 weeks.I arrived at the room to find there was no bathtub and the staff told me that it was because I hadn't asked for a bath. I asked the staff to upgrade the room as they were plenty of other rooms available with bathtubs. They refused and said all the rooms were full. . I imagine that the staff are worn down dealing with foreign tourists but I was really disappointed as I'd spent a lot of money on this room specifically because of the bathtub.

I chose a package with free breakfast as the breakfast buffet here is very good. It is outside literally 5 minutes from international check -in

Excellent clean, modern hotel xlose to the airport. The only thing that could be improved is the lack of towel racks. The shuttle to the airport was great, albeit they charge 300 baht. They gave us a decent packed breakfast for our early morning flight.

The aircon is quite loud. It didn't bother me too much but I thought the reviews were exaggerated. If you are a light sleeper, pay attention.

The air conditioner of the room is really noisy which made me hardly fell asleep, but my husband thought it was ok. If you are sensitive with the noisy, it may not suitable for you. The swimming pool was clean, but some of ceramic tile of the pool were broken that hurt my kid's leg.

The location is great. It's only 5 minutes walking distance from the airport. The bed was comfortable and very big. My little son likes rolling around in the bed. This big bed made all our families feel comfortable. The restaurant is spacious and has a beautiful city view. Service staff were very nice.

The air conditioning made too much noise in the room. Moreover, the shower water went from lukewarm to scalding every 30 seconds.

The staff were friendly and the pool incredible. The proximity to Phuket International Airport is pleasant.

Location to the airport. It is walking distance. They charged me thb600 for a transfer which was such a rip off. The drive was maybe 2 minutes

This is a great overnight stay for an overnighter next to the aorport (it's literally a 5 minute walk. We were heading to the islands and use it on the outgoing and return journey. It's very comforttable with a nice pool.
