While the room is spacious, I'm not a fan of the layout. Big chunk of space was balcony which I didn't get to use much. Bedroom area does not have much table space to put things on. Bathroom is a bit dark and is separated into different parts (shower and toilet, each with door but no lock and does not shut completely). Mostly it's just personal preference so some might find this positive.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location (on good stretch of beach and not far from Khao Takiab). Decorations throughout the hotel provide lots of nice photo spots.

Not many choices of beers got only Singha, Chang and Heineken . We gonna go to the town to find the bar spend more than 3,000 baht if the hotel have its should be good for make more money for hotel.

The staff very excellent especially Mon FB Manager and Jame at the restaurant they are good to take care customer. Hotel is most beautiful, room clean and comfortable. Absolutely worth it.

I was a little disappointed because I couldn't use the Jacuzzi because when I turned on the water, I found some debris mixed in with the water.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel. The room is spacious. The staff are friendly and polite. The hotel is next to the beach where you can walk with friends.

Only one little thing: the room was very humid. So cloths and bedsheets felt humid. But this did not spoil the overall experience

The property is well kept and tidy with a few minor issues (tiles loose in the pool) which when bought to their attention is fixed right away.

The property is amazing it’s right on the beach away from the busy area. We chose a room with a pool so my 4year son could swim whenever he liked (especially with him struggling with the time zone change). The staff are fantastic and friendly we were especially grateful with Game (who was a friendly face at buffet break) who was able to give us advice and book a tour for us which was fantastic day out and was cheaper than booking online.

We found the rooms less functional than normal hotel rooms. The layout was awkward with the bed in the middle of the room and very close to the main entrance from the bathroom, meaning one had to walk a bit sideways to avoid the big wooden headboard. There were no bedside tables or reading lights. The room had no shelves or drawers for clothes or items. The hotel room door enters through the bathroom which is a little strange for privacy. You need to ensure nobody is naked in the bathroom as you enter or leave. The bathroom also smelled a bit murky and the shower had a smell of pee. The lights outside the hotel entrance were turned off at 11pm every night, making the walk back, after dinner out, quite dark and precarious. I did suggest that this was a bit of a safety hazard and a felt unwelcoming as an entrance to a hotel. Our 'pool view room' felt a bit misleading, as the very long and inviting looking pool we overlooked, was not for use of hotel guests, but for hotel apartment guest only.

Lovely location, friendly staff and we loved the bean bags by the beach option. The fake grass green with Palm Trees at the front of the property, by the beach and hotel bar, was a lovely place to hang out, relax, read and enjoy. The pool was very pleasant.

breakfast . pork/bacon/ham shouldn’t be in same container with other food. me as muslim wasn’t able to taste enough food. hard boiled egg for my baby was not even half boiled

We requested a private car to transport us from BKK to Hua Hin. Unfortunately the 3rd party service was not very professional and arrived for pick up an hour later than booked. However the hotel did handle this issue well and the transport back to BKK was comfortable and we made our flights on time.

Great place to stay. The room and beds were very comfortable. My friend and I planned a girls trip to relax by the beach and pool. We had a great time doing just that. Room service and breakfast were also good and enjoyable. The staff were very hospitable and friendly making the overall experience at Marrakech Hua Hin what we hoped for in a holiday and more.

Great services and amazing hospitality by the staffs. The room was equipped with all amenities we needed. We had the jacuzzi in the balcony. Nice pool bar which is connected to the beach. Great area I would say, it’s very convenient because it’s pretty closed to the center, the beach, and also the train station.
