The wine offering is a bit basic. I would expect some higher quality wines to be available also on their wine list.

We booked different type of accommodations during our 3 weeks stay in Thailand but this was our favourite. Our room/apartment was wonderful. The view from the restaurant and by the pool is just mesmerizing. The staff members were always kind and helpful. They have a really good menu offering and we were highly satisfied with all the dishes what we tried.

The restaurant crew were a bit clumsy at times (getting our orders wrong/late multiple time) but they were very nice and polite. The property is on a steep hill which might be uncomfortable at times for some, but the staff gives rides within the facility.

The place is beautiful, staff is amazing very amiable and helpful with everything you need and very reasonable. Great view and a place to lay back and enjoy yourself.

The sun loungers by the pool and also the pool towels could probably do with a bit of an upgrade. Everything else felt luxurious but these felt like they had seen better days.

Right from check in it felt luxurious with the staff super friendly and accomodating. The room was huge with a private balcony and sun loungers. The bathroom was also huge. The staff are always happy to help and drive you around in the carts to the pool/restaurant if needed (very steep hill). The breakfast was great with lots of variety in the buffet and cooked options from a menu. The location was very serene, however I would not book here if you expect to be able to walk to the beach/shops.

The location is up a hill, so isn’t the best place if you want walk (we recommend getting a car or a scooter if you are used to hilly terrain)

Beautiful location and stunning views from the restaurant. The staff were absolutely faultless and very accommodating - nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a genuinely lovely time on Koh Samui, and this hotel played a very big part in that! Would 100% recommend and hopefully will return one day!

The view to the sea was phenomenal to wake up to and the staff were more than happy to jump in a golf cart to take us from reception up to our room. The view from the infinity pool is definitely an IG moment!!

Old tv doesn't had ability to stream from phone. Hotel is a bit far from main road and local attractions, although it offers free ride to main road.

The only improvement could be for the Wow apartment front doors, as these were a little difficult to lock and may require maintenance.

It was, as you can expect, quite expensive to dine at the restaurant. The hotel is also a bit far from the main road and beach so you need to take a taxi or drive yourself to get anywhere. We felt a bit isolated in the hotel.

Beautiful resort with huge rooms and a lovely pool and restaurant area. Staff was really helpful. Decent gym if you want to work out. Some great views from the spacious balcony. We loved our stay here.

Phone lines were not working room, struggled with communication. Also towels in bathroom are old and worn out, towels by the pools are brand new and same must be done overall.

It’s a bit far to get down to the main road by walking, and transportation is expensive on the island so it sometimes feels like you’re a bit stuck. Food at the hotel is also a bit on the expensive side.

The rooms were big and very comfortable, and the wifi was great! Wifi was super fast and you can be connected to the same wifi throughout the hotel, so it’s nice if you want to alternate between working from the room, restaurant, pool and the actual work lounge itself. The view from all parts of the resort was also incredible! Pool was very nice and also had a great view.

Was a little bit of a walk up the hill from the main road, but worth it for when you got there

Beautiful rooms, amazing balcony and views, pool was very nice and staff were all lovely. Food and drink was reasonably priced, especially during happy hour which was from 12-7.
