Needs more maintenance, shower drain not so good, curtains are very dirty and no hooks for towels.

Reception was blah, room stank of sewerage and breakfast ok. No flexibility for book in or late checkout unless you paid 300thb per hour. The front desk “boss” was grumpy and unwelcoming. Toiletries were minimal and we needed to ask for more toilet paper. No conditioner and only enough coffee facilities for 1 coffee each. Very disappointing!!!!!

Doors slam closed, nobody holds them. Slamming all hours of the day and night. The arms need to be adjusted. Daytime, short haired lady at front desk is not friendly, almost rude. The night lady is so super sweet. Cafe closed and not staffed. Gym closed at 10pm, why idk.. the pool has some bolts and rusted screws around a shallow area, like there used to be a railing, they protrude and could hurt you.

Swim out to the front was sunny. Cleaning staff very sweet. Breakfast location nice.

Our shower was an issue. There was no pressure or hot water. But they tried hard to fix it

Location wasn’t in the main area, but was an easy walk. It was also across from the boat station. Lovely staff. Would happily return

The room was quite small compared to the fare. There was no table or chair in the room. The washroom and the shower enclosure was very small. We found no place to keep our cloths apart from few hangers hanging within the room. There was no dressing table or mirror in the room. No separate kids pool. There is no fan or AC in the lobby and waiting areas.

We liked the breakfast and the hotel location very much.

Unfortunately I booked this property without properly ready reviews first. For me the rooms were fine and the staff were great. The pool looked good to swim in however we didn’t get down there as only stayed a night. But I had read about cockroaches being in the bathrooms and that was on my mind as soon as we entered and we found a squashed dead one in a corner of the bedroom and in the bathroom there was one walking around on the floor which went back under the toilet. We didn’t see it again but the sealant around the edges of the toilet would have helped not let bugs get in the bathroom. The safe in the room didn’t even have batteries in so we couldn’t use that. We didn’t bother going down for breakfast from reading the reviews so I can’t comment whether that was good or bad. For me it was the cockroach situation that let it down a lot, although everything else about it was fine.

The property was in a great location! The bed was huge and super comfortable and lovely crisp clean sheets. We were upgraded for free through booking.com to a sea view room which was great.

Very bad choice for breakfast. No one of restaurants were working, no place where to buy drinks or food. Not enough attention to outside places, no lights at night

As happens with a lot of hotels/resorts in Thailand there has been little or no maintenance done on the Hotel. Tiles broken and missing around the pool area. It is also very slippery around the pool it’s my opinion that the wrong tiles were used here. I would advise elderly and young children against staying here unless they fix or address this.

The location of the property is the best thing about it.

The breakfast was lacking quantity and choice alot of the hot food on offer was cold probably better going for the room only options and use the local restaurants that being said we would use this hotel again as everything else was good and the staff was friendly and helpful .

Location was good pretty much near to everything markets beach just opposite the hotel and restaurants and walking distance into ao nang .

As a couple from Georgia, our stay at Maneetel Krabi Beachfront was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The hotel’s beachfront location offered stunning ocean views from our bed and easy beach access. Even with occasional rain, our room was cozy, stylish, and had all the modern amenities we needed. We loved the beach in front of the hotel, the easy access location of it, and the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of options each morning. The peaceful pool area was a perfect escape from the summer heat. The friendly staff made us feel very welcome and gave great recommendations for local attractions and dining. Maneetel Krabi Beachfront was a perfect choice for our romantic getaway❤️ Suggest the Deluxe sea view pool access one! Not noisy as the reviews said😅

Staying at Maneetel Krabi Beachfront in June exceeded all our expectations, a sentiment echoed by numerous online reviews. I worry at first but my experience was remarkable, with the hotel's stunning beachfront location providing breathtaking views and easy access to the sea. The rooms were immaculate and stylish, offering modern amenities and comfort despite the rainy season. I talk to other guests in the hotel during breakfast and many often highlight the diverse and delicious breakfast buffet, especially the homemade bread with the yellow curry soup! DEFINITELY MUST TRY!!! Variety of fresh and flavorful options of choices helps start the day right :) The facilities, especially the serene pool area, provided a perfect escape from the June heat, we in love with the giant water slide! The staff's exceptional service, friendliness, and valuable local recommendations to the big market call Aonang Landmark right next to the hotel! The receptionist further enhanced our stay and help suggest place for us. When checking out without realizing that I forgot my 18k diamond ring in the toilet😅 luckily the maid call down to the reception and tell me just a minute before we rushing to the Airport. Thank you again! Glad to meet these great people and the company is lucky to have many great quality employees. Definitely recommended!
