It's hard to find anything to critique. Only things I wish could be changed are the cushions on the sun loungers. They don't stay in position and the bottom half slides around. It can be very annoying.

Second time staying here. We loved it again. Resort weaves through beautiful landscaped surroundings. Rooms are large and spacious with high ceilings and awesome bed and pillows. We love the balconies which always have a great view even the garden view rooms. 4 pools to choose from, we liked to change between them according to the mood we were in as some are more quieter than others. All of them have a bar and good service. Staff are so welcoming and do anything for you. Prepare for a bit of a workout sometimes if you want to walk to local shops or town as it's quite hilly but taxis are always available and the exercise can be looked at as a positive anyway.

The property is beautiful and situated a up from the beach in the tropical hills next to Karon. There are 5 pools all of which are stunning although we liked the mango pool the most. The food options were great and if possible I would highly recommend to ask for the outside table at the Thai restaurant at 6pm cause the view and sunset are unreal. Amazing few days here

Hotel is on hill so getting to the villa was challenging as they are located at top of property and can reach using hotel shuttle. Also the blackout in bedroom was very bad, sun comes in from many directions.

I stayed at villa with pool. Very good size of pool+villa for the price you pay plus Villa had great privacy.

When we 1st walked in we noticed our room was a tiny bit dated, but it didn't matter at all - who cares. We loved it all. It's not directly on the beach which we knew.

Such an amazing resort! We loved everything!! Don't hesitate to book, it's such a cool experience to stay there. Our bungalow was surrounded by lush greenery and waterfalls, very private. Great value for money. Staff were so nice: reception, breakfast/restaurants, housekeeping, shuttle drivers... everyone! We'd love to be back one day. P.S. must try lunch/dinner place nearby is Sabaijai, we ate there so many times and every single dish was a delight!

Well this is Thailand, but there were instances when lizards just were hanging out with us in the room. upon calling the reception, they always are prompt to sort things out (RIP Lizard).

Overall the experience was superb. we arrived there with low expectations. This place is great, if you are willing to stay in, great room dinning service. we loved it.

Overall, nothing. Perhaps no one on the staff fluent enough in English to have a good understanding of our requests. They kindly start to help us but after a while they give up.

The room was quite spacious and clean. Even though we were near the pool the property was quiet in the evening too. Lunch was excellent with a very wide variety of products.

Although the breakfasts were very varied, they were always the same. By the end of the stay you want some change of dishes. There was no porridge or cottage cheese for breakfast

The hotel is wonderful! The rooms are spacious! The territory is very beautiful! It was very comfortable to sleep, the mattress and pillows are super! The view from the window is incredible! The breakfast was very varied. For lunch we sometimes went to the restaurant, the dishes were very tasty and not expensive like in the restaurants in the city. Thank you

It was a lovely place to relax, Thai restaurant had amazing Thai food (papaya salad 100%), staff so friendly, breakfast could use some changes! We went pool hopping which was fun even in the rain!

It is a perfect place to relax with your partner or family. Surrounded by nature and yet very close to the main villages in Phuket. Staffing couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast and evening activities daily.

Since the hotel is located on a hill, getting to the centre takes a little walk and it wouldn’t be a problem if it’s not within 30 degree heat with over 80% humidity. We were pretty much soaked whenever we try to get to the busy strip of shops. And exhausted in the heat. Although there is shuttle bus, there are only 3 through out the day if I remember correctly. So I probably would not recommend this hotel for elderlies and family with very young babies

The hotel is stunningly built in between lush greens where you fall asleep listening to the calming water flowing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, service overall is wonderful. The room is beautiful the pools are fantastic, the food is of really high standard.
