The pool was covered with dead insects The laundry machine located in a dark wet area and there is no dryer, after three days hanging the clothes were still wet and became stinky. The toilet was stinky too (although it was clean)

The rooms are nicely deciorated and quite new. The location was realy good.

    Nothing - it was great!

The property was close to many lovely cafes and restaurants as well as the main temple. The owner is very kind and helpful! The pool is lovely and cozy. The thing good to know is that the pool is shared with a bar next door. Meaning that you can have drinks while swimming! The room was equipped in many useful things such as toothbrushes, hair dryer and even a cubes for laundry.

Though the swimming pool was nice, its water was not clean. Room A2 (ours) faced the pub and it was quite noisy at nights - maybe they should tell guests about it in their site. These two things would make a big difference and make it a top one, definitely. ; )

Good location, nice & clean room, attentive and helpful staff... good value for money.

Not their fault but there is a bar next door that plays really loud music but this ended at 12 and therefore didn’t effect my sleep really at all. There is no wardrobe to hang clothes.

Can’t say enough nice things about this hotel!!! Is really clean + comfortable + looks beautiful as welll. Loved having a pool during my stay. The room was always really comfortable and looked good. Staff were so so lovely. Location is great- can easily walk around all of old city + is close to the hospital which was really convinent for me as was doing my elective there.

One evening out of three it was really noisy at night because of tourists entering the building and because of the bar next to the hotel. I had to sleep with earplugs and was fine then. There was a whole in the net covering the toilet window so a few mosquitoes still came into the room which was annoying.

The manager (I assumed he was) was really nice and helpful!! I got a double bed room although I made a reservation for a two bed room for myself. Much appreciated, thank you! The room was spacious. It was nice to have some necessities like slippers, toothpaste and so on. I liked the location with (local) restaurants closeby. The pool was great to escape the heat.

Nothing, except it can be a little noisy sometimes, with the sound of music coming from a pub nearby. But not a dealbreaker. Overall feels really nice and tranquil.

Good location, very nice large and clean room with high ceiling windows, a cute little garden and access to a swimming pool. The manager is super friendly and helpful, I could leave my case for 2 days while I travel to another city. I booked again for few more days, and I'd consider this hotel again in the future.

Modern little room with ensuite bathroom, good location and a plus: free use of the onsite laundry machine.

My bathroom has been smelly and the hosts said it could be a sewage problem, so hopefully the issue can be resolved sooner rather than later. If you are a light sleeper and go to bed before twelve, it is not recommended to stay here as it can be noisy with the pubs nearby, but it was not a big issue for me and the hosts give a warm reminder when check in.

Stayed for 4 nights. The bedroom was cosy. The toiletries were adequate. The garden was really nice and warm. The bathroom was clean. The host, Luo recommended some places to us to celebrate the Loy Kratong festival, super friendly and helpful.

Our room (on the eastern side) was extremely noisy from bar next door, loud bassy music till midnight every-night, people continually walk past the large window outside room (its a thoroughfare), bathroom window (fixed open) backs onto the staff/laundry area so you hear every cough, conversation and washing machine noise. Owner didn’t seem very friendly or approachable, he didn’t even make eye contact or say hello for our entire week stay. Felt like a cold, lonely place staff wise. No wardrobe, shelf or anywhere to hang clothes in room.

Comfortable bed with clean linen. Nicely designed room with good lamps/powerpoint placement. Complimentary water/soap/shampoo etc Good AC in room. Use of washing machine onsite. Parking for scooter. Flexible with late self check-in at 2300hrs. Nice little garden area although plenty of mosquitoes.

We found the place very nice. It is in a nice location, near temples and place to visit. It is clean and quite (someone described the place as noisy but I can say the opposite). There is a very nice and cool bar i recommend to have breakfast just behind the corner. Our room (superior) was big and nice. Very good value for money!

Nice and clean room We got towels, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste and water Nice garden There were chairs to sit on and a tiny table Filtered water at the reception to fill your water bottles We could leave our bags before check in and after check out
