If I have to nitpick, using the shower means the bathroom floor will be wet, but that's honestly a ver minor issue.

The hotel is beautiful and cosy, located right in front of the beach. The room we got was big and the bed very comfy. All the staff (from the owner to the security guy) are extremely nice and welcoming. The location is just perfect, at walking distance from the center (no need of taxi boats), but far enough from the noise. The room and all the premises including the beach are very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is just amazing and they have a nice bar/restaurant on the beach.

Great location! Quiet place right in front of Ton Sai Beach. Beautiful spot with nice “private” beach just aside the cliff. Very nice and supportive staff, good breakfast and facilities. Excellent value for money. I place to come back.

The location is well located just 10 min away from the center but also in a nice spot with a private beach. It has comfortable sunbeds. The breakfast is also nice with a lot of different things. When the sun sets there’s also a security guard that is lovely and will escort you to your room. I feel is good value for money. The staff in general are all really nice!

One small comment is about the towels, we think it was missing a smaller towel for the hair. Would be good to consider that. One big comment is about the service to get boat tickets: the hotel gave us the wrong boat schedule to Koh Lanta… we had to go to Krabi then take a taxi to Lanta instead which cost us a lot of money for the hotel’s mistake… we don’t recommend trusting for the boat schedule, better to ask at the pier directly. Unless the hotel updates their schedule to low and high season.

We loved the bed, it was so comfortable. We also like to be nearby the sea and the very nice personnel. The breakfast was also very good. We felt good in Mama Beach!

The best resort in Phi Phi Island. The resort is located in a quiet area with a mountain view and in front of the beach. Thank you Ms.Piya she was friendly and always happy and helpful

Location is excellent - I loved stepping out onto the balcony and looking out over the bay. The beach is also relatively private and uncrowded in front of the resort. The porters carry your bags to the ferry free of charge. I loved staying here.

The location is perfect!! After being in Phi Phi I appreciated the location even more — it’s the most beautiful part of the island to stay, while being walkable everywhere. Staff are amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean, everything was great.

You need to stay here. This was the best hotel we have stayed in in all of South East Asia. The staff are exceptional especially the staff at breakfast and the bar. They are so friendly and attentive. Breakfast is amazing- so many options and the sweet treats are divine. We loved every second of our stay here. The beach loungers are excellent and are situated at the quiet part of phi phi. We wished we could have stayed longer. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable.

Everything was perfect. I could not imagine a better place to stay on Phi Phi. Quieter area, 5 minutes walk from the crowded center/pier. Breakfast was diverse and colourful. Prices of food and drinks during the day are reasonable.

Hotel was in a great location, far enough from the centre for it to be quiet at night time but close enough to walk in whenever we wanted. Staff were so friendly and ensured we got back to our room safely each night. Great to be right on the beach too.

The bathroom has open window, so it is all warm (so make up was in the room) in there, didn't bother me but was weird at the first thinking about mosquitos, but surprisingly didn't have any. Pillows were a bit higher than I prefer but not an issue.

I love this place most for the staff, they were so friendly, so welcome and lovely, I literally felt home and was sad to say good buy to them, I met them in the down and had the opportunity to spend a nice time with good people. Thank you to them, I had a great time on Phi Phi. I am travelling few weeks in Thai and so far was the best breakfast I had. The room was enough with a good ocean view from the beach, clean, good aircon and comfortable bad and good wifi ( I worked from my room and had no issues) I am a solo traveler and felt completely safe there, good location walking everywhere. I wanted a private long tail boat tour with picnic, was apprehensive to do it myself and Siri, the receptionist offer me a tour, and it was amazing, lovely guy that I spend the day with, beautiful pictures. Thank you all!

The water in the beachfront area was quite deceiving as it was a beautiful blue colour but had quite a bit of rubbish. I know that is not completely in their control but it could have been cleared as the swimming area was small and tied off. There was also a dead bird on the small beach which was a bit gross. Overall wasn’t a huge negative and still rating 9/10 as the rooms were lovely and staff were very helpful.

Staff were super lovely and helped to organise transfer of our luggage straight from the pier to the accomodation. Location was great, a short 10 min walk from the pier and quiet at night. Staff also organised a great private long-tail boat & snorkelling tour for us which was at a very fair and reasonable price. Our rooms were super easily accessible and clean. Bed was comfy and bathroom was clean.

This was the best stay we have had for years. Customer service and everything was super comfy n clean. From front house to kitchen and the lovely cleaning ladies. Nothing was too much trouble. Garden, beach area, spa beautifully maintained. Would def stay there next trip to Phi Phi, can’t wait to come back ♥️
