The room service/cleaning of the room wasn’t done on time.

The pool was good but had too much of chlorine. There was a nice cafeteria next to the pool.

The surroundings. The hotel was situated in a busy, hustle bustle area of Phuket. Which offers nothing much but few market places. Jeopardising the overall view vibe of the hotel.

Staff was cooperative. Nice, clean rooms. Good breakfast options. Pool was nice too.

We booked 2 rooms as booking said 2 adults and 2 kids would not fit but the room had double bed single bed and large chaise so we would have easily fit in one room

The one thing that I did not like is the room maintenance. Everyday they came and tidied the room, however they do not replace cutlery/cups that you have used. Throughout my 5 day stay, the two teaspoons that they provided had been used by myself yet they did not take them to get cleaned and replace them with new clean teaspoons.

An absolutely stunning hotel, beautiful pool, wonderful room and there are even animals onsite, such as peacocks, swans & chickens. The room was clean upon arrival and staff were friendly. There is also a lake and a green area where the animals can roam and you can take a stroll and take in the sun.

The location is a little bit far from old town, need extra transportation.

The room is spacious and the garden is gorgeous. The staff is so helpful and reliable, helping me to arrange the taxi to the mid-night airport.

Restaurant was quite expensive and had a drunk worker singing loudly in there. Pool was open to the public so at times it was very noisy and busy - wish this was advertised on the booking page. Loud peacocks around too which woke us up - was nice to see peacocks and other birds but it was quite loud throughout the night which would have been nice if advertised.

Great pool when it was quiet and clean big rooms. Nice nature at the back of the hotel too

The beds were unfortunately not very comfortable. If they change to more comfortable bed matresses it would be a 10/10

Beautiful resort with a nice garden full of cute animals like peacocks, rabbits ducks swans cats The pool looks big.and nice too. The rooms are spacious and quiet at night Nearby you can find alot of shops and local.restaurants or cafés, i can recomend going to the "overdose coffee" for a very delicious café and the restaurant at the Hotel offers tasty and authentic thai food

There was no option for breakfast. And nearby it was also difficult to find a place to eat before 10AM. The restaurant which is in the hotel but I guess it is not hotel's restaurant (I am not sure) was open from 10 AM so if you wake up like me 7-8 AM and likes to eat breakfast it is almost impossible. The only option I found was going to 7 eleven and eat a sandwich or sth. Also you cannot take anything from the resturant for the room and pay later so you always have to take cash when you want to order sth and I for example dont like walking around with cash in the pool. We had a room with access to the pool from the balcony. But because of that people were always using our space to seat or just walk around. They were not seating on our balcony seats but right next to it. I thought it is gonna be more private. The location is so so. Not much to do nearby.

It was nice. The rooms were clean and specious. We could rent a scooter in the hotel. The pool was great. There are some supermarkets near the hotel so another plus. Overall, I think the hotel is quite nice.

Slightly far away - you would need to taxi / Scooter quite a distance to get to old town or beaches. Pillows were a little hard - rooms not bad just quite basic!

The pool is huge and lovely. A lot of birds and wildlife walking around which is sweet. Bed was large and staff friendly.

There was just a couple of bits in the room which could have done with a freshen up, our shower head bracket was falling out of the wall and the paint just needed a redo.

The standout feature of this property was the pool and the landscaping around the rooms. The pool was the biggest we have had in our travels through Thailand and was very clean, the pool was also open quite late so you would enjoy the evening in the pool. There are mutliple birds that wander around the complex that mind thier own business, but are very pretty to watch. The room was a good size and as per the advertisement, the bed is on the firmer side but isnt uncomfortable, it was also very clean.

Our first room smelt of damp- which we couldn't stay in because it was quite strong. Our second room was better but it still smelt a little.

It was a good resort. With good facilities such as a jacuzzi tub and rooms with private access to pool. Staff were also helpful.

The mattress was really hard, no good for your hip or back but everything else really good

The nature was really fascinating, seen peacocks, rabbits, big herons, chickens, swans and very rare sighting of a comodo dragon on the other side of the lake just at the back of the hotel, but the pool was really nice and the place for food and drink is very cheap, staff really friendly. Good location.

We asked the staff for late checkout and was told its fine and was free. Next day morning when we were about to head out, another staff came and asked when we are checking out and we told that we already spoke to the reception yesterday. However the staff said no one informed and asked us for 1 night price for late checkout. We asked them to check and the staff mistaked evening for morning and was not at all helpful and put it as our fault. We asked to speak to manager, but the staff spoke directly and didn't even offer any assistance. We had to stay out the entire day cause of this issue. The hotel was really accommodating last time we booked, which made us book it this time. However we felt the staff attitude was really unfriendly and not at all helpful

The place was peaceful and away from the busy city. Pool access rooms were nice and kept clean.

The beds were very hard felt like sleeping on wood ! There was no food at the resort the first two days and not really any bars and restaurants near by just shops and markets

The restaurant was closed during our stay. It was inconvenient. There are plenty of street food around the place, but we were not trilled to try it. Still Grab delivery is a good option.

Beautiful place. Clean room. Perfect for kids. Loved the animals in the garden. Nice pool.
