Lovely family run hotel, brilliant value, good location (especially for Song Kran), lack of air con did not matter as the fan was positioned next to the bed and worked well (I was staying during Thai summer and found the temperature comfortable).

I had a great stay here and even ended up extending for a night as I enjoyed Krabi more than expected. Host was super helpful as she also doubles up as a tour organiser. Room was clean and comfortable. Showers were hot with good pressure. They have free tea, coffee and pastries at breakfast which is lovely. Great location within the town. Would stay again.

The room was very hot and stuffy, but that Is probably because it's the hottest part of the year on Thailand.

Really great staff, who helped me with booking an onwards trip. She even gave me an umbrella just before it started to rain. The rooms were simple but had everything that you need, so for this price, it's a great place to stay. They offer coffee and biscuits for breakfast.

Could feel the springs in the mattress, but it wouldn't stop me from coming back

Location is fantastic, walking distance from all markets, shopping, bars, restaurants and transport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room large enough with a good fan. Seating area outside the room is very nice. All areas are kept very clean. Free coffee and biscuits in the morning is a nice touch. Very good WiFi. Booked 3 nights, stayed 5 and would definitely stay here again.

Great location for the pier, town and night market all within a short walking distance. I had a single fan room which was fine for me, shared toilet and shower down the hallway, free Wi-Fi. The hosts were friendly and welcoming with free coffee and Thai biscuits in the morning. They book tours and onward travel at reasonable rates. Very good value for money here and I slept well for the week I stayed.

Hosts are very kind and accommodating! They helped us book everything we needed - always around when you need something. Facilities are clean and rooms are simple/have everything you need. Walking distance to market, shops, etc.

Clean, quiet. Friendly staff. Small single room, but good enough to enjoy my privacy. Good location close to the weekend market and in general all the attractions as the town is small anyway.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and kind. The guesthouse is in a great location. It was kept very clean - I think the bathrooms were cleaned several times a day and all facilities were maintained to a high standard. The cafe downstairs had great food with fast and friendly service. I had a wonderful stay and would highly highly recommend it!

The location is great and you can have your own room for a very reasonable price. At the ground floor there's a restaurant with delicious food. It's also possible to book tours and transfers for a great price! The staff is extremely welcoming and always there to help you and make you feel like home!

The shower is in the bathroom, but it is often the case in Thailand.

This is a very nice and pleasant guesthouse, it looks fresh and colourful. I felt like I was home in my livingroom, chilling on the couch. The food and drinks are home made and are truly delicious for very little money. There is a great vibe, I met such nice people here, also the owners are very helpful and felt like friends. The location is also very good, right next to the nightmarkets. I definitely recommend staying here.

The walls of the rooms are quite thin and the smell of cigarette smoke from guests smoking in the adjacent seeped in. It would be better if the rules against smoking in the rooms were strictly enforced. It'll also be better to have a water dispenser for guests rather than giving bottled water.

The staff were all fantastic, particularly the multilingual manager. They sell tours, transport packages and food, but were never pushy nor deceitful. The rooms are clean, cool and comfortable and are excellent value for money. The water pressure of the shower was fantastic and the water was hot. The location could not be better. There are markets and public transport options nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. I'll definitely be staying here again if I find myself in Krabi.

The location and the whole accomodation were 10/10. The owners were very kind and helpful, they answered all of our questions and helped with every request. They also have a restaurant, the food is so delicious. If i will go back to Krabi, this will be the plae where i will stay again.

Madam Ghesthouse is run by 2 great people: very kind and in sharing. They don't sell you more for rides and document you best for your plans. The rooms are very very clean and really the staff is lovely
