We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainWe had a little inconvenience with the bed sheets as they were dirty, basically not changed from previous customers. We realized very late at night when we went to sleep and at the beginning they refused to changed them because it was late and the housekeeping staff was not there. Finally, they gave us some clean spare sheets they found to pass the night. The following day they changed everything again.
Very good location if you want to be in the heart of Ao Nang. New facilities some areas under construction.

United KingdomStaff were very very rude. The receptionist was on the phone to someone while checking us in and was very disinterested. In the hotel the staff also weren’t very polite to guests. We weren’t sure where the pool was (no one told us) and the receptionist laughed at us when we asked.
The location is really good for Ao Nang centre. The beds were big and very comfy. Rooms & bathrooms were clean - could also asked to have your room made up which was good.

The room was in the new building that was built during covid... everything new.. For a 3 night stay, it is alright. No cupboard to store ur clothes though.. you can only hang ur clothes.. Stayed at the 2nd floor... higher floor may probably cost more and perhaps can see the sea.... we just needed the room to sleep... Deposit- Need to pay 500bhat deposit on check in. Hotel offered taxi and van shuttle services. But their timing did not match ours. A Muslim lady.. think she is the big manager at the hotel... was persuading us to take her taxi services @ 600 bhat to airport, when we declined, she did not bother to entertain us further. NO smile too... haha... Shuttle service-Many tour agents around offer shuttle services, around aonang.. just check if the timing matches ur departure. I suggest to check out shuttle services on the day u arrive at Aonang and settle .. Do not wait till the last day... The operations guy with a Mustache.. I would to comment on him and the room cleaning ladies.. they were all super friendly.. make us feel welcome... It the hotel's loss if they lose such good guys. Swimming pool-there is a small one but ..new and Nice.... I did not take any photos.. but the room was super new and white

Malaysiathe staff unfriendly and unhelpful. there’s an incident happen where I asked for the van to the airport. but they still insist want me to purchase the taxi ticket which costs 4x more than the van fees. The worst scenario was the lady lied to us that most of the van ticket sold out. End up me and my friend bought van ticket from other kiosk which is still available for the timing that we want as well as from the same company.

IrelandWe stayed for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned or towels changed which I found strange. At one point we had to go and ask for more toilet paper. There is a lively street beside the hotel so depending your room location you might hear the music coming from the street. It didn't bother us so much, but be conscious of this when booking.
This was a great spot! 5 minute walk down to Ao Nang beach and a multitude of shops/bars/restaurants/food stalls right around the property. Our room was spacious and modern with a balcony and nice air con. They have a pool out back and a little restaurant out front. Really helpful with looking after luggage and booking taxis / trips.
