We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Pool was nice. Daily activities were good. A lot of travellers here so great for meeting people. Good air conditioning, wifi and privacy in shared rooms. Very clean bathrooms and communal areas. Right on the beach & in the main sort of strip of Koh Samui. Overall a really good stay, loved it.

Israel- Several “operational” issues that were a pain in the ass: The pub crawl started as a mess, it wasn’t clear who ordered what (a meal or two drinks are included) and where and what is happening. Or if you find yourself in the pool area in the morning apparently there’s a water cooler designated only for people having breakfast but nothing mentions that. These are small things but look unprofessional, didn’t really influence my general experience.
- Well located in Chaweng, very central safe and close to everything such as the airport, atms and good food and especially if you wanna party - The pool and beach access are a plus. There are also the usual beach fire shows you can go easily in nearby beaches. Elephant and Ark are right next door - The tourism office is quite informative. I booked a tour through them, it was a bit overpriced but except that no complaints

FranceThis hotel has a great value if you are a young traveller looking for a cheap place with a good vibe however this comes with a lot of noise and request from the staff that goes with hosting young people for example asking a deposit for a second key which is normal to get when two people share a room

United KingdomSunday is a quiet day, we didn’t realise this and there was nothing going on. Families come from off the beach and take the limited pool beds. Can get more for your money elsewhere.
We arrived on a Saturday which was lively and enjoyed the atmosphere we came here for. The room was basic but had what we needed and was very clean. Very central location and not too noisy at night (we had a private room overlooking the pool and sea). Can do laundry on site for 40 baht which was really useful.

The restaurant and bar were great - I have a gluten intolerance which they were more than happy to accommodate. The beds were v comfortable and had a curtain for privacy. It was also very social Whcih was really nice. Definitely recommend!

Location was accessible and very convenient. It’s just a few steps away from restaurants, spas, shops and bars. Short walk to central samui too. Felt safe as they provided wristbands to access the entry door to your assigned building and room. Practical and functional design of the dorm room. Surprisingly clean toilets/showers. Good wifi connectivity.

United KingdomLaundry services are not good, and the food in the restaurant is a bit expensive. There were also a lot of children playing in the pool - unsure why they were at the hostel but no staff members questioned it.
Dorm rooms are lovely, bathroom was very clean and the outside pool area and bar is excellent. Love that you can also directly access the beach.

ThailandCar park is not at the hotel. It is the common parking. Some of the local men asked for the car park fee, although we are the guests (and the hotel told us it is free). The road in front of the hotel is very busy and there are a lot of bars.
Very comfortable beds, nice room decoration. Good location. All facilities in the hotel are good. There are a lot of activities to do inside the hotel. The hotel room is well isolated from the noise.
