Far away from the touristic beaches in a hippy- like village. The bungalows are close to the jungle where you can see monkeys and hear the birds. The two housecats will accompany you. Close by are nice restaurants; especially Ginger Home is worth the visit (we had diner all the 3 nights we stayed here). Short walk to the nicest beach on Ko Chang. Also short walk to the abandoned cruiseship The Galaxy (follow the path further from Lonely Groove).

The road is a little complicated with motorbike and the rain because it is sand. Didn’t see the common area because it was still closed (we came during low season)

Amazing location by the beach and 10min away from Kai Bae beach. Can rent a scooter a the end of the street. Very isolated and calm while being close to activities (ghost boat). The staff is very welcoming, kind and helpful. The outside private area is amazing.

Visiting in May meant many places to eat were closed right near the property. There was still a mini market, tattoo shop and beach hotel restaurants open. And within a 10-15 minute walk to more activity.

I loved everything about the bungalow I stayed in. Located about a 5 minute walk from the main road (not accessible by car), this is the perfect place to exist at your own pace. It’s easy to walk to the beach and nearby cafes. The owner was SO nice and welcoming, I instantly felt right at home. Although it was just me and two other guests staying because of off season, I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler, even walking back after sunset. I miss the hammock on the bungalow porch and the beautiful butterflies flying around 🥲 The dog and cats on the property are pure happiness and will come chill with you. Can’t wait to come back for longer next time!

Comfortable and cozy bungalow near the beach. With a hammock in the porch, perfect for relaxing. We tried 3 different bungalows in the island and this one was the best one without a doubt. Really recommend it!

Basic but comfortable room. Quiet location a short walk from the beach. Lovely kind host, who made us feel at home - nothing was too much trouble. Several restaurants and a small shop nearby. Nice kitchen area for guests to use was a great bonus.

The place is a bit difficult to find, using google maps. So follow the signs from Bang Bao beach and you will find the place.

There were some ants in the bungalow, which didn’t bother us too much, but it could be a thing to be aware of. Also the mosquito net was not big enough.

It’s a short walk to the sea (maybe 300m). Great eating places just nearby also for breakfast.

Wonderful place to stay! 3 min. walk to the beach. Nice garden, nice staff. You can use their kitchen and hot water is always there for you if you need a cup of coffe/the. A couple of Bungalow houses with AC and then a few bungalows "in line" with fan. For example if you are a family that need two rooms they could be perfect. You can also get your laundry done there. Lovely stay, wanted to stay longer but they were fully booked.

Nice atmosphere in a pretty setting. Love the decorative lights at night. Adds to the atmosphere. Klong Kloi is how I expected Ko Chang to be so I am glad I booked down there. Lemon, the host, is the sweetest person and I am very happy we crossed paths 🙏

This was our second time staying here, we absolutely loved the vibe , being connected with nature and very close to the beach. The bubgallows are clean and comfortable and the lady is the best, she is so kind and will do everything in her power to help us. Thanks Lonely Groove!

It was very hard to find.

Nice place surrounded by garden, very close too the beach. You can use the kitchen of the place if you planing to cook for yourself, also the coffee and the refrigerator available in the kitchen. The employee of the Lonely Groove is very friendly and helpful.

Nice small resort at quiet location in Koh Chang. Bungalow was clean and comfy, big bonus is the kitchen free to use. Thanks again Khun Zot for very nice holiday. Hope to see you again.
