Great location, big room and confortable

No elevator, My room was on the second floor and had to carry and bring the 20 kg of luggage down though the staff helped bring it up but I bought it down myself. No air-conditioned lobby. On the last day of my stay the water in the bathroom taps was so dirty like brown colour for a few seconds 🤢

The room was so spacious with a TV, AC, Hairdryer, Fridge, High Speed Internet/WiFi. Emergency torch, Electric kettle, Wardrobe, bedside lamp, Desk and chair, Hot water and Balcony with amazing views.. Over all it was a good stay.

When our transfer arrived at the hotel and not at the pick up point on our ticket which we were waiting at, the hotel did not contact us (even though they had our phone numbers) meaning we missed our transfer to Koh Lipe meaning we did not go…

Everything was amazing. Only feedback would be - the water pressure in the faucet is not steady, which can be annoying. Fixing that would make it the most perfect place ever.

Cleanliness! The view, location and privacy for the price is incredible! Staff was very sweet and a special shout-out to Fah and Dee for being so helpful!

Arrived for a 2 night stay and ended up staying more. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was a bonus! The staff were friendly and accommodating. Washing on site and was done earlier than expected! Restaurant below was busy on an evening but closed by 10/11pm and wasnt an issue for us(food is also delicious i would recommend). Beds were comfortable and we were asked each day if we would like our room cleaned. Transfer to airport arranged for us and a reasonable price. Close to beach, 7eleven and Landmark Market only 15min walk away. Really lovely stay x

Perfect room for digital nomads, internet was good. Ac works fine, staff was nice, they were cleaning our room when we needed. Good location - close to restaurants, night market, shops, beach.

Some of the towels were dated, but didn’t bother us.

Good price-quality ratio. We came for a few nights but ended up staying 10 nights. Very clean, comfy mattress, strong wifi, you can book day trips or transport to other Islands from here. They even provide beach towels. Friendly employees who really try to help you, even if they don’t really speak English. If you stay here, please eat at Kodam and go have a massage next door.

Clean and comfortable with helpful staff. You can have your laundry done at the hotel which is very convenient. Air conditioning works well, good after spending out a day in the heat. The TV in the room has access to Netflix and YouTube. Some good local Thai restaurants nearby.

Our two-night stay at this guesthouse was delightful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The spacious room, complete with a terrace boasting scenic views, provided a comfortable retreat. Plus, its convenient location near all amenities made exploring the area a breeze. Highly recommended for a cozy and convenient stay in the area.

There isn’t anything we disliked, only shame was didn’t have a pool due to the amount of jellyfish in the sea but that was on us and poor planning

The cleanliness. As a group of 4 girls travelling when we arrived we were greeted with a smile, shown to our room immediately and we were shocked at how clean and beautiful and spacious the deluxe family suite was. The room was cleaned everyday, any request was greeted- we had our laundry done, we were given beach towels, genuinely gorgeous hotel with beautiful sunset.

For the price it was fantastic. Being a basement you could leave 2 ways but on the last morning having to carry a rucksack and bag up 53 steps was hard.

Great location and a lovely owner. Our room was a large basement room but it was massive. We got coffee sachets and water each day. Our room backed onto a carpark but this was where a great restaurant was located Ko Dam, highly recommended. Great value.

I wish that the maid would have given us water and toilet roll even if we didn't ask for the room to be clean. For many days other hotel guests slamming doors and being noisy talking loudly at 6am in the corridor. No hotel staff to enforce rules. There was a loud noise from the restaurant next door every morning for garbage collection or what sounds like metal banging. The bathroom kept flooding.a

Air Con unit next door was very noisy. It was not on at night but if it had been you would not have been able to sleep.

Large room but we did pay extra for a deluxe room.
