Beach nearby is little bit dirty. The way to hotel is slightly hilly.

Really clean room with balcony. Wonderful breakfast of your choice (eggs, waffles/pancakes, fruit). Quite place but near to the centre and beach. Pretty viewpoints close.

There was a lot of noise we had the sea facing room.one nigh the dog bark all Night. The mattress Layer inside was not clean not sure if it had bed bugs at some point

The hotel had a good breakfast and the location was fairly close to the main attractions. All of the supermarkets close to the place . There are a lot of cafes coming to the hotel.

There was construction happening on site as part of their expansion works, which was noisy every day from 8:30am or so, which disrupted my sleep! I know I was unlucky with my timing, but something to be aware of.

Spacious room, shower and bathroom were nice, bed was comfy. Balcony was nice too, but my view was somewhat obstructed by a tree, which other rooms wouldn't experience. Free breakfast was nice too!

The electric house close to it made it not pleasant to be out of the terrace which is a pity.

Everyone was súper friendly, organised us transfer. The room was nice with a great terrace BUT the electric house close to the hotel made it not so enjoyable to be outside. The location is good if you are looking to be out of the touristy side but close enough to walk. Laundry service & really nice breakfast with several options to choose from.

Unfortunately we couldn't sleep that well as the walls are quite thin and could hear the neighbouring rooms and the rooms upstairs, there was also a very cute but noisy pack of dogs that bark most nights for a few hours and they are right on the road by the hotel. They also have construction at the hotel going on from as early as 8am so after not sleeping much through the night there is no chance of a little nap or peace during the day.

Very friendly and lovely staff. The room was spacious and clean and had alot of storage for our clothes. Lovely view of the sunset from the balcony. The breakfast was very good and there was lots of options to choose from. Pancakes, omelettes, toast, fruit etc. The location was great as it was very close to Sairee and a couple of minutes drive to Smile Mart & 7/11.

We highly recommend this accommodation. The hosts are very hospitable. It is on a hill but with a motorbike, very easy to get into town. Room is spacious and beds are comfy. Great breakfast in the morning too!

There are currently construction works happening as they make the place a bit bigger. Still, they try to minimize the noise. Once, the owner even let the works stop during daytime so I could have a quiet day. I didn’t even asked for it 🥰🙏🏽

This is my second stay at this house (coming back to Koh Tao for 10 years now) and I would stay there again all the time! The rooms are very nice and the view is also beautiful. The outstanding (!!) friendliness of the owners and staff made the stay even better ☺️

A little far from the centre but it’s no problem if you rent a scooter

Very clean room and had a good view and sunset. The lady was very helpful in helping us book our transport. The free breakfast pancakes were also really good.

There was a strange loud noise across the road, we were used to it after the first night but wasn’t sure what it was. Nothing to do with Life Koh Tao :)

Great room for the money, the bed and pillows were super comfortable and we had a great view. It’s about a 15min walk to the Sairee beach area we found this perfect! The staff were also so helpful with organising transport to the port when we were leaving.

Gorgeous room and fantastic breakfast. They can also organise tours around the island too. I would highly recommend if you are not bothered about a small walk up the hill (only gets steep at the end).

The property is up a slight hill but if you have scooters it’s no problem.

Pre arrival communication was very poor. Got delayed coming and let them know - no response. Contacted them about pick up from pier, they said they'd send someone but taxi never arrived. Also the hotel is undergoing some construction, it is very loud and starts at 7am. Keep this in mind if you're not an early bird!

Comfy beds, spacious room, good aircon, free water refill. Good breakfast, laundry service, really friendly staff. What more do you need? Location is good, about 10 minutes walk uphill from the main part of town but it is a nice quiet area near a gym, supermarket and some restaurants only a 3 min walk away

The property is at the top of a steep hill which isn’t a fun walk back, about 15 minutes from the beach

Owners were amazing, helped us book a taxi, amazing breakfast, free upgrade, provide free snorkelling equipment, cold water on arrival, foam on the bottom of the door to stop any bugs getting into the room, lovely sea view for sunset, very comfy bed, nice balcony

Nothing, all good.

Comfortable room with amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. Relatively quiet area too, which is appreciated. Takes 15min to walk down to the beach, but feels like less. Breakfast food is lovely!
