Quiet place close to the sea with privet beach(50m), privet parking for bikes. Bungalow cleaned everyday. Filing like you live in small jungle. Perfect for singles and couples.

Lennon Maison is a fantastic place! Located in a quiet and peaceful area within a walking distance from 7eleven and some cafes (highly recommend Nee's). Any kind of markets, shopping malls and tourists attractions are easily accessible by a motorbike. There is a hotel's private area near the beach so you won't be bothered while sunbathing or watching the sunset. The area around the villas and the villas themselves are well-ogranised and beautifully-designed. Many thanks to Leni for the hospitality and for sustaining such a nice atmosphere!

The villas are equipped with everything you need and are very spacious. We appreciated the small private area at the beach, even though there were still a lot of other tourists walking past. Leni is simply fantastic and a great host. Thank you very much for everything from tips for dinner to the scooter rental. In the restaurant a few meters away you can get a special price for breakfast through Leni if you don't want to cater for yourself in the apartment.

Absolutely beautiful place. Our host Leni goes out of her way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. She organised a rental bike and a guy to give me a refresher course on riding since I hadn't ridden in 15 years. The beach is basically at your doorstep. I will definitely be going back.

It was our first time in Koh Samui and we are quite demanding to rest. And a miracle happened, it was as if we had come to close friends. Leni is a wonderful hostess. She helped us in everything. She forgave us the broken glass and stained pillowcases. The villa is beautiful renovated with its own kitchen. It was 20 steps to the sea. We were in low season, so the whole beach belonged to us. It was a heavenly vacation. We will definitely come back again

One small wish for the future: improving the furniture of the rooftop terrace to be more inviting would be nice, the view is already great!

1. Perfect Location: Lennon Maison is located next to a private beach with an amazing view and comfortable access to the sea. There are multiple supermarkets close by (with scooters), restaurants and beach bars (within walking distance), massage parlors. 2. The Host: Leni was the most friendly, helpful, and courteous host you could imagine! She organizes everything for you, from taxi to recommendations for daytrips. She‘s always available and ready to help.

Everything was simply perfect. The location was outstanding, situated right by the sea with breathtaking views. The house itself was impeccable; everything was spotlessly clean and in perfect order. I’m in love with everything

Leni is a wonderful host, she does everything and even more to make your stay outstanding: she helps you with everything, she’s kind, caring and very delicate. The villa was superb and supercomfy, the staff was very charming, the villa was spotless clean every single day. The place is super close to the beach with amazing sunrises and sunsets, the private area is so out of this world, there is a lot of privacy and you basically don’t need any other beaches, everything you need is just by your doorstep! The place is a gem, I wish we could stay there longer!

Honestly the best booking we've ever had! The place is amazing, private and facility is modern and exceptionally clean. The beach and surrounding area is not busy and feels very private. Leni is an outstanding host, very kind and helpful, genuinely caring about her guests. She arranged taxi service from the airport as well as motorbike rental and provided plenty of recommendations for all sorts of activities during our stay (including help with booking!) The place and beach looks even better than on photos. If you're staying in Koh Samui, don't make a mistake and don't miss on this place!
