Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We really enjoyed our stay at the lemon guesthouse and thank the hostess for her hospitality. She gave us good recommendations for restaurants and travel tips and took care of us when my boyfriend had food poisoning. I really recommend the lemon guesthouse!

BelgiumFor me personally the bed was a little bit to small for 2 people. The matrass was better than other ones in Thailand, but still a bit to hard. The pillows a bit to thick. But all of these things are personal so in general I would say it is a very good bed!
The location is very good and quiet. Plenty of places around to have breakfast. Nice little balcony to sit outside. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Enough space and so many powersockets everywhere. Bathroom very big with a very good shower. Good toilet. The room was cleaned every day. The towels smelled so fresh 😊. Also we got so much water! So nice! The owners were so nice to us. They are very friendly and will help you if needed. Thank you!
