The breakfast could be improved, e.g. by varying a bit each day. We stayed short, therefore no issue at all, but we can't imagine taking same breakfast every day. Room was ok, but we assume that the other rooms in higher floors are more nice with better view outside.

The best is the personal working there, very nice, very helpful and dedicated. Location is great because it is near to main street with lot of shops and restaurants. The pool is also well maintained. It is possible to rent a motorbike which makes everything easier.

Parking was tight but as it was not peak season I managed to get a space by moving motorbikes however if parking is a priority this could be a problem.

The view was amazing with easy access to the beach. The staff are amazing also and very helpful. The decor was a little dated and could do with a fresh update and the fridge was not too pleasant as it was rusted inside.

The entire apartment (apartment 5) is in dire need of some renovation. The bathroom feels dirty and moldy. Water seeps out of the shower and the wood behind the sink is rotten and black. Don’t get me started on the doors to the bathroom! Saloon style doors… would have been better off leaving it open and not add those in, most annoying doors ever! The bed is rock hard! Would not have felt a difference between sleeping on the hard tiles vs the bed…. Not even joking. But we got used to it. Living room, the couch is a joke. If you are expecting to sleep on that couch/futon, you better be prepared to pay for a chiropractor afterwards. Basic equipped kitchen, not going to be cooking there but was great to have a large fridge. Just be aware of ants and don’t leave any food scraps around (freezer became the garbage storage to avoid an ant infestation - but we’re in the tropics so not really the apartments fault) Pool is great! And the Thai staff! Omg! Gems! They are so lovely and when our child got sick one lady drove us to the hospital, sat waiting with us so she could drive us back (on her day off!) Having said all that, we did enjoy our stay. It is what you pay for, cheap and great location!

Room was a little poorly lit and not much natural light got into the room, but we didn't spend much time there anyways so did not matter.

Location was excellent and the pool was lovely! 1 minute walk to the beach if even. Reception not always there but responded to all my messages quickly!! Highly recommend if you plan on going to the beach

The wifi was not working for my whole stay.

The hospitality of the manager was lovely, she helped me with booking some transfers and gave some recommendations. The room was really clear, the bed was cozy. The pool is gorgeous as well.

Quite large apartment equipped with everything required for living. The owner is very kind. Very close to tye beach with a private small road - 20 seconds to the beach by this road. Free filtered drinking water.

No space to actually use the projector, only one plain white wall space to watch it (above the couch) which had pictures hanging up on it and the couch was underneath this so the location of furniture just didn’t allow for it. Pool is much smaller than it looks in the pictures, we didn’t use it once and there’s not much space to lounge by it. To be honest, not really worth how much money we paid (it was Christmas time so maybe that’s why it was €€€) and we had never been to Samui before) but after exploring the island, we saw we could get much bigger bang for our buck but you live and learn. That said, I did give an 8.0 rating out of 10, just a couple of downsides.

We stayed in the studio apartment and it was lovely. Very spacious, separate seating area from the bed and seats and a table outside. the TV worked perfectly in this room, there was also a projector provided (see below). Very close to the beach with own private entrance from the complex. Hosts are friendly. Space to make own food (microwave, induction hob, mini fridge) which was handy. AC was great & wifi was okay too.

The ‘door’ into the bathroom.. very unnecessary, maybe they cannot change it I don’t know but it is very loud and noisy. The living room area where the kitchen was, was EXTREMELY warm and humid, the fans needed to be on constantly to keep it somewhat ‘cool’. Pool looks much bigger in the photos & there were only 2 loungers. TV in the bedroom didn’t work but we were moving to a different room the day after so we didn’t notify staff.

Hosts were friendly and helpful upon arrival. Bed was comfy. Room was a nice size, plugs on both sides of the bed which is a plus. Wifi was okay speed
