We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumThe bathroom was a little bit outdated compared to the rest of the room (but perfectly functional). The location in the centre of town means everything is close, but you don't have as much privacy as in some other places, and it's not as quiet, although this didn't really bother me during my stay.
Very nice and spacious room, with all the amenities, comfortable large bed, nice surroundings, friendly staff, great location close to everything. A nice wardrobe to hang your clothes, which was very convenient.

United KingdomOur lock on the door didn’t properly lock as the door was slanted. It locked a little bit, but felt/looked like it would be very easy to force open with little force (of course we didn’t test this). We pointed this out to staff on when we checked in and, other than reassure us that there was CCTV they didn’t do anything to fix the door, so I hope they do do this for future guests. Frustratingly, when we checked in the receptionist twice told us they would come back to our room (first with a safe key and then to get someone to check the door) and on both occasions forgot leaving us waiting in the room to have to go and remind them. We were fortunate to be on the top floor with a balcony (very nice) as the bottom rooms didn’t have much privacy.

Great location, very central on Walking Street. 2 doors down from 7Eleven and KohLipe Dive School. Taxi station just a bit further up. Private and quiet even though very accessible. Great value for money.

Saudi ArabiaRoom facilities could be improved. The power supply point is awkward. Below a table and the cable is short. Some parts of the bathroom bottom panel has come off and not repaired. Top shelf in the bathroom was dusty. There are no hangers to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom.
