Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom- Location is quite far from Phuket Town or attractions, however we were able to easily use Grab or Bolt to get about cheaply. - Breakfast was okay, mainly geared towards Asian guests with noodle and other savoury dishes. There are some western options however. - Reception area is super hot as it’s basically outside with no AC, just some ceiling fans.
- We stayed in the Le Dome Villa, which we loved. A nice amount of space and great private pool. - Very relaxing stay with great privacy. - Bedroom was very comfortable. - AC and WiFi both very strong and good quality. - Villa cleaned every day and minibar restocked with complimentary soft drinks like Coke and Fanta. - There are some nice local restaurants nearby which we tried and enjoyed very much. - We didn’t order/use hotel’s room service or food, however we saw that it was very reasonably priced which is good to see.

Our stay at Le Resort and Villas was absolutely fabulous. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we felt welcome and taken care of. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. The stunning view of the mountain added to the enjoyment of our room, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop. One of the highlights was that every block of rooms had its own swimming pool, which was clean and well kept. This made for a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with a wonderful variety of fruits, cereals, and hot meals, offering something for everyone. The restaurant menu was extensive, featuring a wide selection of food and drinks at very reasonable prices. We were also pleased with the laundry service, which was convenient and affordable. Overall, our experience at Le Resort was outstanding.

United Arab EmiratesTwo significant mood dampeners were the weak air conditioning, which shuts off whenever the balcony door is opened, and the discourteous behavior of the male night staff at the reception.
The room was compact yet pleasant, featuring a private pool for each villa. Each villa accommodated 10 rooms. While the bed was comfortable, the lack of toiletries was disappointing, especially considering the hotel's advertised 4-star status.
