We were so excited to go to the Falvola Restaurant from the reviews. We were there for 3 nights and hoped to go for at least 2 meals. However, we were so disappointed. I had a seafood pasta with squid ink homemade pasta, that was so undercooked, I could taste the flour in the pasta. My partner had the carbonara which was also undercooked with only about 3 small pieces of bacon. Service was lovely, and cocktails great, but we couldn't return.

Lovely room, great balcony, with huge Rain Trees on the property. It was just lovely. Breakfast was amazing, never had anything like it. Would love to stay again.

The property itself is great, the breakfast is amazing with fresh juices done at the moment and all kind of food, very well presented and clean. All staff verily friendly and the pool is amazing.

Could have benefitted from some animation activity. i.e. Table Tennis, Karaoke, movie night or similar. With only 1 restaurant open there variety is limited.

The associates were most welcoming and very engaging. F+B team used our names and service was friendly and prompt. Front desk were very accommodating and the concierge was above and beyond. Special mention for Khun Gunz wh made our stay.

Nothing really. Maybe more vegetarian snack options in the bar and on the restaurant menu would be welcome.

The check-in process was smooth. The staff was very warm and friendly. The travel co-ordinator Mr. Non-Khap was very very helpful. He listened patiently to our requirements, gave us options for tourist destinations, arranged a fantastic car and driver Mr. Chai for us, and took care of our pick-up and drop-off timings, spa bookings, hotel arrival, departure, late checkout, etc. Thanks to Mr. Non-Khap our stay was wonderful! The property itself is beautiful with a river and a mountain view. The landscaping was soothing. The spa was exceptionally good. The room was very comfortable, especially the sit-out.

This is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed in. It’s not brand new and some parts of it need to be refreshed but the location, the view, the staff, the rooms - make it a superb experience. Perfect if you want to work remotely - spacious rooms with a proper desk & stunning view make you never want to leave

Excellent breakfast, super spa and very friendly, kind and attentive staff. Nai at reception was super helpful in helping us with arrangements for the spa and also for visits around Chiang Rai. Aom in the spa was amazing with massages and all the spa staff were kind, helpful and high quality professionals.

One of the most satisfying hotel stays in awhile. The hotel has huge area and large greenery space and in-place activities. Its location is by the river and somewhere between airport and center city, easily to access both! The room is well-cleaned and maintained. We had decent sleep throughout our stay, everything in the room works flawlessly. Another best thing about the hotel is; breakfast. The hotel offers a decent range of food choices from western to seasonal local menus. We could tell the staffs truly prepare and cook most of food here. We looked forward to attend breakfast buffet line each morning here. The staffs here were friendly attentive and helpful, we’re happy to stay here and looking forward to be back.

Everything was great starting with the very professional wall in hospital staff. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Quiet. Great quality as you might expect. The western buffet Breakfast was nicely appointed, as was the Thai food selection options, great choices for both cultures.
