We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Rooms are comfy and nice. Although the exterior looks old. Really value for money will stay again surely. Easily walkable to jungcelon. And from jungcelon can walk to the more touristy area easily.quiet enough for a good night sleep.

It’s beautiful and super comfy bed, smart tv where you can’t watch Netflix and YouTube. The room decor is modern and cosy. The price was very good. I would definitely stay there again. The area quite great sleep honestly.

GermanyIt would be super good if it would be possible to regulate the speed of the ceiling fan, like making it slower or faster. Currently it's only on and off (which is fine because there obviously is AC as well) still it would be good to allow saving energy :-)
Very nice stay. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Staff is super friendly. I would certainly book there again.

BelgiumAt night it can be quite noisy outside. The second night I actually slept with my headphones on because of motorbikes and people sitting outside until late.
The sheets were probably the softest we've ever had. The beds and pillows were so comfortable in general. The staff are very friendly and easy to communicate with in English.

MaltaThere is no lift but the owners were kind enough to help me take my bags to my room.
The owners were really helpful, even offered to hold my luggage in a storage space after I checked out. The hotel is very clean, and my room had a fan and an AC in it. Housekeeping even left me a basket with 2 water bottles, shampoo and bath soap replacement when I went out of the room and didn’t put out a sign for them to clean. The property is in a very quiet area with just a 15-minute walk to Patong beach, Bangla road, night markets etc.
