This hotel is located around 5 mins drive from the ferry terminal and they provide free pick up from the ferry terminal. (You need to let them know 48 hours in advance). We were upgraded to a villa and it was very spacious and comfortable. Staff members were very polite and helpful.

Right in the beach and had motor bike to rent at the desk , they also provide lifts from the pier to the hotel which was free (bonus) was very happy about this service

Staff in restaurant were rude.

Loved the plunge pool although needed a clean. Note that Ko Lanta is not the place to come out of season - lots of bars and restaurants are closed and the island is very quiet, especially on an evening.

The treadmill in the gym was broken.

We loved our own private plunge pool and how big the bathroom was! This place was definitely worth the price. It had a very relaxing feel to it.

Hard to say anything I didn't like, maybe the only thing was I wasn't a fan of the pizza. Except this food was beyond delicious!

I had booked 3 nights, then extended to 4 and extended again to 6. I had such a lovey relaxed stay here. Breakfast if not included was 150 Bhat for continental (huge choice) and I think 250 for cooked. This is a buffet style. The hotel is right on the beach and has extremely Beautiful area to relax by the beach including all the pools. Staff were very helpful and pleasant and hotel was very accommodating for dairy free diet. I just asked and they provided soya milk for breakfast. Lunches were great. Rooms were so spacious and lived the plunge pool. The gym was fully equipped which I used a few times and the spa massages were great. Everywhere was quiet, I rented a scooter through the hotel. If you gave never driven one before Ko Lanta is the perfect place to learn as the roads and very quiet. I would return again and again.

There was no AC, only a ventilator, so it was quite hard to sleep. But can't complain too much considering the price.

Staff was very nice. Unlimited cold drinking water. Right next to the beach.

The massage quality was inconsistent. I for some reason got charged more expensive price for them rubbing oil into my skin.

I love staying in Lanta Sand! The rooms, food, breakfast were all wonderful. I enjoyed using two pools whichever was empty. The sunbeds are kept clean and in great condition, easy to just spend a whole day on the beach.

During my stay, one of the machines at the gym was not working so i’d say it’s just that.

The resort is in a very good location. I loved my stay at the villa, it was very spacious! TV has more entertainment options if you feel like staying in. I immediately felt very comfortable and at home. The staff very friendly and helpful. I extended my stay for two more nights but my villa was no longer available so I opted to move to one of the rooms in the building which was not too bad, but definitely enjoyed my stay at the villa more. My visit was at the beginning of low season, it was very peaceful and quiet (which is both good and bad thing) but I still highly recommend booking this resort!

The shower should be adjusted because water goes everywhere.

Fantastic location, just beach front. The room was large, with two rooms and a balcony. Four big pools, good gym and very nice outside areas. Very good breakfast with continental and thai options. Very friendly staff. We were allowed to stay at the pool after the check-out and a room was provided to us to have a shower before leaving. We’d definitely stay again.

We found that the room wasn't a villa at all. It shared walls with other 'villas' so it was more like a hotel room. The sound of the crying baby next door and the farm animal we could hear from the bathroom, made our stay feel less comfortable. The water pressure was awful! The shower and sink would taper off to a dribble before suddenly giving you a pressure wash. This made the bathroom counter flood. The water went out for 3+ hours during our stay. Unfortunately, the only way in/out of this resort is a dangerous, steep and rocky road. We didn't enjoy walking up and down this every time we left. Tip: Hire a moped or jump in a taxi to go anywhere. Many of the nearby restaurants and convenience stores that we spotted online were actually closed, very disappointing. And the nearby places that were available were a long walk away and closed by 9pm. We wouldn't stay at Koh Lanta again.

We liked the comfort of the bed and the size of the room. We ordered room service and particularly enjoyed the chicken quesadilla. Short walk to the beach. Smart TV (has access to netflix). The wifi was speedy!
