Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This was probably our favourite place we have stayed in Thailand so far. The room was very open and bright with a sliding patio door opening out onto the yard. Plenty of toiletries and water provided as well as tea and coffee. AC is nice and powerful. Reception was always available by WhatsApp and always happy to see us. Located 10 minute walk from Long Beach, 20 minute drive from the main pier. Decent number of cafes and restaurants nearby - we loved Yawee restaurant - and there is a small cafe on site. There is also a very friendly cat that hangs around who we loved!

Friendly staff can’t do enough for you, it’s a family run business, no problem providing additional pillows or anything else to make your stay comfortable. Comfortable soft beds, unusual for Thailand. Fresh towels and water every day. Convenient coffee shop with delicious fresh fruit breakfast and shake options. Clothes washing service 40BHT per kilo. We arranged ferry travel and transport services to our next island, conveniently and easily at the same price as all the other locations. Scooter hire was also on offer. Close to shops and restaurants Beaches either direction 10 minute walk.

ChinaThe owner Pan is fantastic and very helpful and welcoming! The cleaning staff is awesome, she cleans our room and change our towels every day! The cat is very friendly as well! The hotel is actually very quiet and peaceful even it’s on the busy street, it has its own garden and outdoor shower if you come back from the beach. 10 minutes walk from the beach which is fantastic. Always enjoyed that little walk to the beach to get to know the neighborhood. Will definitely come back to stay there again!!

The owners are really nice and helpful, the room is big enough and you have a fridge, cuttery and space to do dishes if you wish to eat something in the room. The location of the hotel is really good and you can reach a lot by foot, such as the animal welfare center and a good restaurant close to the restaurant is JANAH, food is sooo good.

Great, spacious and newish room (the deluxe rooms in the back). It was well equipped, with new fridge, kettle and aircon very clean too. The owner family was really friendly and helpful.Nice little Coffee shop on the premise.. Easy walking distance to Long beach, Relax bay and plenty of restaurants close by. I ended up staying 10 nights ,great value for your money!

LithuaniaJust the main street was hard to go on foot since there were no sidewalk but maybe after street construction it will be different. Beach is not near but we didn’t mind to go further to it and have our extra steps.
Staff is amazing - so helpful, warm and sweet people. It was sad to leave! Our room was modern, clean and looked even better than photos. It was very quiet place even though it’s near the main street which had construction work going on it.
