The pool bar was not open due to it being low season and there was absolutely nothing open - no minimart/varsity etc on the streets - there was one beach bar but that was it - luckily the hotel is so lovely you can spend all your time there. We were there for four days / that was plenty as there was nothing else to do but stay in the hotel or in the beach.

The individual little bungalows were clean and spacious. The restaurant served amazing food at very reasonable prices. The pool was lovely - it was very small though so in high season I think it would be far too small for the amount of people. The beach was beautiful but quite tough waves. The staff were all so lovely and kind and welcoming - huge shout out to Junior at the bar - he made our evenings there - his banter, fab music and super bar and cocktail skills.

Our bungalow was.cute, very clean and nice size.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The two bar staff, Jimmy and Junior, were amazing and really made our holiday special. Nice bar with pool table, dart board, and delicious cocktails. Lovely good sized pool with pool bar. Nice restaurant and delicious food.

Dinner at the restaurant wasn't the best meal we had.

Such a beautiful peaceful place, very comfortable clean room and beds. Pool was amazing, here in May and most of the time had it to ourselves. Breakfast good price and delicious. Close to beach and a few great places to eat dinner. Also special mention to Jimmy the friendliest bar man at the pool!

Nothing - everything was perfect

The best place we have stayed in Thailand so far! The staff are amazing and make you feel so welcome as soon as you arrive, big thanks to jimmy and junior who made our time around the bar so much fun! The room is perfect and has everything you need, comfy bed and good air conditioning. The food onsite was really yummy and the ice coffee was lovely!! The pool area is great and a massive bonus there is a swim up pool bar !! If you are staying in Koh Lanta you need to stay here! Steps away from a gorgeous beach and also some restaurants and shops nearby. It’s a family run place and you can tell how much hard work they put in as the place is stunning. Will definitely return ❤️

Ate at the restaurant twice and didn't enjoy the food either time - seemed heavy on the star anise. Luckily lots of lovely restaurants nearby.

Pool area was ideal for cooling off. Jimmy at the bar was friendly and attentive. Reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was always cleaned very well. Great restaurants nearby the hotel.

Pool water and water in bathroom was highly concentrated in chlorine, which affected our skin. This meant as adults we only managed up to 5 minutes in the pool. Such a shame as everything else was fantastic. Sun loungers also need cushioning.

Three percent charge when paying with credit card. Pool hours are not enforced and it was pretty loud at night. Since our room was very near the pool, it woke up our baby several times.

The stuff was very friendly and the location (including the pool) works well for families. Food is good and prices are reasonable. The rooms are spacious and clean and the terrace is big and has a hammock.

Pearl Beach is the absolute best place to stay on Lanta. The location is perfect - so close to the beach. the gardens are beautiful - we love to sit on our porch and read when it's too hot to sit in the sun. The staff are so lovely and helpful, and the restaurant is second to none. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Pool was unusable with amount of chlorine. We went in only once. Maintenance needs to be more consistent across all rooms. We had one room that had no hot water, trickle of water pressure, and a sink faucet that sprayed sideways. Our second room was better. But the toilet leaked onto floor so we hosed it down after every flush. Anyway so its not perfect but the location is steps from good sandy beach so cant beat that.

The location very close to beach, restaurants and main road. Spacious rooms, nice grounds. Some rooms are better than others. Helpful staff. Its nice and i would go back.

The pool was lovely. The barman Jimmy so friendly and welcoming and great with cocktails. Loved the music in the pool, great atmosphere. Restaurant had lovely food, accommodation was good too. Nice tuk tuk drivers too
