Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Czech RepublicMaybe pillows were too bulky and we couldn’t set up AC to our desired temperature (it was either not blowing or blowing a lot of cold air with pauses).
Super nice and welcoming owners. The building has 3 floors with 2-3 rooms on each and is really cute, painted in bright colors and decorated with sea life. You can get a coffee (moka, espresso machine) downstairs in the lobby. Rented scooter for 250bath, in good condition with cute helmets. Beautiful views from the balcony!

Czech Republic-Absolutely everything !! - the wifi is perfect ! I need very good wifi for video calls and haven't had any problem once -I stayed in several 4-5* accomodations around asia but the service couldn't be compared to this place :) -The owners (very sweet couple) are the nicest people and will do literally anything to make your stay the best possible -amazing view from room, amazing location close to everything, the beach is really nice -they provide it all - transport, tours, motorbike rental, laundry washing, coffee, water in glass bottles - daily refill, beach towels....

I have stayed here before and found it to be very good, and so I returned. There seemed to be something going on as the price went up drastically during my stay so I could not extend further, but this appeared to be across Thailand in the week of the 10th February. The room was nice and quiet, the location is just a few minutes walk to the main strip and overlooked the beach. For the rate, I would have liked to see some tea/coffee making in the rooms as I get up super early and nobody is awake and would like a coffee on the nice balcony first thing, but thats just a small preference.

An amazing place. 10+ out of ten. I had a sea facing room. It was a large, well presented room with a generous balcony. The view over the lawn to the beach was wonderful. The owners are kind, generous and helpful.

Beautifull well kept quiet little hotel right by the sea in Saladan. Lovely clean room with a super comfy bed and great little bathroom. Warm water with good water pressure in the shower. Lots of lovely towels. Bottled water appeared in my fridge room cleaned every day and the rubbish removed. I loved the balconey where i sat mornings and evenings looking at the sea and the little park where there was a toucan bird in the palm tree. The owners are so friendly and caring. I was made to feel so welcome. There is a real attention to detail which gives Lanta MP Place a very cosey feel. The owner has a great concept with his little coffee bar and moped rental. I even was served small Thai treats in the mornings with my coffee ...coconut sticky rice and sticky rice with jack fruit was realy a delicious little extra. You can even borrow books from the little library beside the coffee bar. The hotel is very near to all the action in Saladan...walking street and street food and many good fish restaurants. Can recommend the Sea Sand Soul restaurant which is just over the park from the hotel and right on the seafront. Even though the hotel is within walking distance to everything including ferry pier it is also in a very quiet secluded spot with no traffic to speak of. I loved eveything especially the owners and would definately return.

Everything, the staff/owners were awesome, the room had a decent view with a nice balcony, great AC, fast WiFi, cheap scooter hire. I wish I could have stayed longer but I was leaving Thailand for a month (Visa run out) but I will be returning in February:)
