The lights in the room. It would give a more pleasant atmosphere with yellow lights instead of white lights. Except for this nothing to complain.

It's a nice and well maintained property. Very simple but clean and comfortable. The room cleaning is excellent, it's a great value for money.

No plugs close to the bed. Overall vibe in Lamai (mostly for families and older folk). Need to leave the key with the reception.

Hard to get a beanbag/chair on the beach at the hotel sometimes, but there are lots of other nearby options.

Lovely location on Lamai beach. Spent most time on the beach itself, but it is also very close to shops and an easy walk to the night market which is worth a visit. Lots of bars nearby, or stay on the beach for a quieter evening. Good food and drink options nearby. Loved the pool (hidden away on the non-beach side). I stayed in one of the non-beachfront rooms which had everything needed.

The staff does not understand English. It's hard to communicate with everyone. The bed was rock hard and had such a sore back the next few days. There are no power outlets near the bed. Had to put chargers over the other side of the room

Lamai Inn was a clean, family-friendly, and spacious place to stay! They were very organized and accommodating. Although the staff changed the towels everyday, I did stay for 9 nights and a good room clean in that time would have been nice.

Great location, absolutely loved being by the beach and near all shops bars and restaurants. Beach was clean and tidy in front of hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Nice pool although didn’t use it much as the beach was lovely.

The description of the hotel was beachfront however from the actual rooms you couldn’t even see the beach which was a bit disappointing. The WiFi also barely worked in our room which meant the tv (which had Netflix) which would have been quite nice also didn’t work.

Rooms are an older style and would probably benefit from a renovation. But good value for money. They are clean and all amenities working.

The breakfast was amazing! Not a buffet like most places but came with a variety of options from Pancakes to smoothly bowls, and bacon and eggs cooked your way. Always served with coffee, juice and fresh fruit. Staff were amazing and attentive!

The room was tired and outdated. It was dark with dark furniture so we needed the lights on when we were in the room for most of the time. The room needed some comfortable chairs because if you didn't want to sit on the balcony (also with uncomfortable chairs) one had to sit on the bed. The shower was broken and the bathroom needed generally updating.

The location was great, really close to the beach, which was also great. The pool was lovely and we had a room overlooking the pool which was really convenient. The room was cleaned regularly and we had plenty of water delivered to the room.
