We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Staff were amazing. They had sold out of the type of room I had booked through booking.com so offered a free breakfast to make up for it. They also allowed me a late check out as my bag broke and I need to go out to buy a new one. Owner was lovely. Location was central and room was spacious.

United KingdomSuper friendly staff at reception, they made us feel very welcome when checking in. The room was clean and spacious. Good airconditioning and fridge. Location was perfect right in town and the beach close to everything yet just out the way enough to be quiet. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was nice. Really comfortable and great value for money when visiting Ao Nang. Couldn’t have been in a better location. Would highly recommend.

MalaysiaThere’s no elevator in the building so it could be one to three flights of stairs depending on what room they put you. The bathroom/shower had no ventilation so the ceiling was mouldy and the shower head could use a bit of deep cleaning. There’s ants coming in from the balcony but it’s tolerable as long as we don’t leave food or drinks out and throw our rubbish outside the room.
The location is great, very central to the shops (just outside) and the beach (<5mins walk). The check in was smooth and the staff were very nice and helpful, even helped us book the airport transport. The room is spacious with great air conditioning and a balcony to sit out or dry your wet items.

United KingdomIt was on the main road opposite a night club so was noisy at night till late . We were on the 4th floor and there is no lift in the building. You had to take the Shower head off the wall to use it as the bracket was in the corner of the room not possible to stand under. No Internet TV . The hotel itself needs a good revamp it’s very dated .
