Location was a bit far. The room and washroom also felt a bit dated. We also found a gecko in our room but the staff was super helpful and handled it on priority.

Lovely staff and cute cats. The staff were very helpful in arranging cabs when needed. Tasty breakfast and comfortable rooms.

The breakfast was modest but it did the job. Also, you will need a vehicle as the villa is away from a lot of shops.

There was only a fan in the kitchen/dining area, would have been nicer if aircon had also extended to this area.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area, very nice to chill and relax. However you did need a scooter to get around places as nothing within walking distance but I knew that ahead of arrival and was happy it was a quiet area. Staff were very helpful and accommodating arranging scooter hire and onwards travel via ferry.

Everything about Lady Naya was perfect, from our room, the pool area, the lounge and especially the super nice and sweet staff. Mary on the reception was very polite and helped us with anything we needed. She recommended us where to rent a bike for a great price, they even delivered us to the hotel. Mary also recommended Green Inn massage and we went there twice - it was fantastic. The hotel also is nice to animals, they have lovely cats. The location was perfect because it was close to Ra Wai beach and Kata beach, also there was a lot of very nice cafes and restaurants and 7-11 minutes from the hotel. Our room was very clean and beautiful with AC, great view on the pool and it was cleaned daily. We also got free laundry cleaning. All in all we were SUPER HAPPY with our stay and we were sad to leave. Highly recommended to everyone who wants a nice stay.

Not the fault of the property but Rawai was the least favourite place we visited in Thailand. A little bit seedy, lots of massage parlours and bars. breakfast buffet coffee was terrible.

Well equipped, comfortable and very clean rooms. Had everything to cook, coffee machine and even an iron! Staff were friendly and so helpful. Good breakfast buffet and the breakfast chef made a fab omelette. Some nice places to eat within walking distance- although along a busy road. You really need a scooter to get around but it was very cheap to hire and the staff organised it

The air conditioning in the rooms is poorly positioned towards the head. Every day at breakfast I had to ask myself about something. The cooks are in the back and it doesn't automatically occur to them that what is missing should be added. I also don't understand why the hotel doesn't buy at least a few spoons for coffee, you have to mix the coffee with a spoon for the soup.

Very cool and calm accommodation in the South of Phuket. The areal is very clean and the staff so helpful and friendly! Besides the nice small bungalows where you sleep, also an awesome swimming pool is located. We can definitely recommend to stay at this hotel, we had a good time! We did not have breakfast there, so we can not give our opinion on that.

The location for us was perfect as we had a scooter and all the local beaches were perfect, but without a scooter it is 15 minutes away from centre

Everything! When we checked in, we had a scooter delivered in less than 10mi minutes, we had daily WhatsApp messages asking if we needed anything, fruit delivered to the fridge, free laundry service, staff were always so friendly and accommodating

It is somewhat isolated, which is good in terms of being away from the more crowded areas, but also means you need at least a scooter or a car to get anywhere easily.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The villas are very comfortable, great for our family of five. Peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was very good each morning.
