The property is very nicely located, close to all centres of interests in Kata, the night market, the beach and all good restaurants and cafes can be reached in 5-15min walk. The street was nice and quiet. The rooms as well as the facility are impeccably clean! With some cute towel folding decoration , very nice 😊. The owner did their best to facilitate all our needs (as we decided last minute to extend our stay), late departure.. we had a wonderful stay !

United StatesThe only negative thing we can say is that the water pressure in the bathroom is not very strong, and it was also difficult to get the water temperature right.
This is a family-owned hidden gem in Kata Beach. The owners, Sascha and his wife, are very kind and helpful. Sascha went out is his way to help us get to the beach when we realized it's further than we thought, and I had broken my leg. The location is excellent, near a main road but far enough to be quiet.

FranceRoom was a bit expansive. Beach is a little far. If you want to really discover Phuket its better with a scooter (around 300 bahts per day), taxis/grab are expansive and you can’t walk a lot (heat and dangerous roads). Kata beach area is mainly populated by Russians.
Location is good overall, beach is at 15min walk and restaurants/bars nearby. Budget room was quiet and with a nice balcony. Swimming pool is really nice.

Quiet small hotel, situated at the 3rd line from the sea. Swimming pool was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room cleaning service at a daily base. Hotel owner Sascha provided transfer from airport and a reserve room to check in one day earlier

Cozy little hotel, quiet street, everything you need is not far away. The pool is 2m deep, clean and with no people. Owner and his family are very nice people, always on touch. Please bring them some milk chocolate from your country. 🙏🏻
