We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This brand new boutique Hotel is the most magical place in Koh Phangan. Only 100m walk to the beach of Ban Tai. Alex the owner created this amazing place with love and style and as soon as you enter you feel the special energies this place transmits. It is a must stay for anyone appreciating arts and inspiring energies. The whole complex is constructed for people with restricted mobility. One of a kind surly. We loved and it will surly come back soon. Thank you!

The staff went out of their way to make it a great time for us. Congratulations to the charming Alexander, the owner and founder of this start-up hotel who is almost all the time present. BelgiumI had a fantastic stay at the Boutique hotel owned by Alex. Despite being in a wheelchair, Alex's courage and determination shine through. Carine's friendliness and assistance with boat transfers and taxis were invaluable. Susan, a lovely Thai lady, added to the charm. With only 5-6 rooms, the hotel feels like a secluded paradise reminiscent of Melrose Place, ensuring privacy while still offering opportunities to meet other couples. The hotel, accommodating up to 14 persons, is perfect for private rentals with family and friends. The location, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, is ideal, and the affordable and delicious beachside food adds to the overall experience. I look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend!

VietnamI have been going to Koh Phangan very regularly for years, and this hotel is definitely the most fantastic of all. Everything was perfect! Great welcome and the possibility to chat at any time via WhatsApp with the managers who help you organize everything and ensure that your stay is flawless. All the staff are very kind and helpful. The pool is also sublime, and the rooms are decorated with a lot of taste and attention to detail. The hotel is very well located, 50m from the beach and 100m from the main street, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. I would have liked to extend my stay but everything was full, I will return as soon as possible for a long stay here. Amazing job guys !!
