The hotel could install shower screen or sliding panels to prevent shower splash. Traffic noise can be quite disturbing if the room is facing the main road and BTS station directly. However, disposable earplugs are provided in the room for guests who need them.

Reception staffs are friendly and helpful, and they speak pretty fluent English too. Location is excellent, just right in front of BTS station, and plenty of tuk-tuks around. Many places of attraction and shopping malls are within walking distance.

The airconditioning was positioned over one bed which made it very cold for one person, luckily the airconditioning was working excellent with the dynamic/automatic setting unlike you see in other hotels.

Wonderful helpful staff and amazing location. Walking distance to most of the malls and the BTS busses and train are right there making it possible to travel cheap and easy all across Bangkok.

minor thing to note (1) the lobby located at 2nd floor and the guest can't go to street floor level on its own (requires hotel staff card tap), the stairs are steep for elderly and (2) I was assign at 6th floor, it was very noisy at night (esp. high pitch motor racing and speeding vehicles) but they provide ear bud.

located conveniently in front of BTS station, walking distance (via sky walk) to all big malls in Siam area. Breakfast quantity was plenty (although you have limited selection English BF, American BF or Turkish BF for Moslem guest) and really love the restaurant street view. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, clean bathroom with bath tub (really great for relaxing after long walk) and air con was cold. All staffs (securities at the basement, cleaning ladies, kitchen staffs and front office staffs) all were nice, polite and attentive. I also request a bath mat to avoid slip for elderly and they provide it - thank you!

I feel like the bathroom cleanliness could be further improved, there was a slight weird odor. Also upon checking out, saw a dead cockroach in the hallway haha

Hair tends to get stucked in the bath tub and clog up the water outflow causes inconvenience. If there is another bathing cubicle it will be most ideal especially for ladies.

The room we had was facing the street, and the windows weren't double glazed, so it was really loud. We weren't allowed food in the room, so when we bought fruits, we would eat it by the reception area before going up.

The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly. The staff by the parking lot was also very helpful. He helped us with our luggage when we arrived. The water and essentials in the room were topped up every time we used something. Overall, the stay was very great.

The noiseeee from the street is awful, for light sleeper it could be nightmares. It would be better if the hotel renovate all the window to be double noise cancelling or something.

The Location is superb, easy access to BTS train line, walking distances to all siam shopping area and mbk. The staff is all super friendly and nice, the room is okay and cozy. The aircon is cool and pleasant in the thai heat.

On the second day of our stay, they had mentioned that there’ll be pest control coming over to spray pesticide around the property. We had no issue with that until we noticed why they needed the pest control, we had 2 cockroaches in the room during our stays. We weren’t too affected by it though, we only managed to kill 1 and another ran off to somewhere in the room (scary).

It was very close to the BTS station and siam shopping area was a walkable distance.

The location is the best if you want to escape the big jam in Siam area. Near major malls and foods are nearby. Love their welcome drinks. Have been staying at this hotel in every BKK trip since 2017.

There was no driveway. When using taxi or tuktuk, you have to be dropped off at the parking basement to access the elevator. There is only ONE elevator in the whole hotel. There is a short flight of stairs as well to cart you luggage and belongings.

It was very close to a Lotus supermarket, MBK Mall, and Siam Paragon. There is a massage place just next door that operates from 10am to 12mn.
