The location is the best if you want to escape the big jam in Siam area. Near major malls and foods are nearby. Love their welcome drinks. Have been staying at this hotel in every BKK trip since 2017.

There was no driveway. When using taxi or tuktuk, you have to be dropped off at the parking basement to access the elevator. There is only ONE elevator in the whole hotel. There is a short flight of stairs as well to cart you luggage and belongings.

It was very close to a Lotus supermarket, MBK Mall, and Siam Paragon. There is a massage place just next door that operates from 10am to 12mn.

Room - Pretty small for 3 adults. Bath tub had no full shower screen so the bathroom will get totally wet after a shower.

Location - Excellent. Just next to National Stadium BTS and 5 mins to MBK. Staff - Friendly, helpful and courteous.

Staff took a long time to serve the breakfast, only English or American breakfast available. When we stayed here pre Covid they had buffet breakfast which were great.

No. Maybe the only downside is the hotel lobby is on the 1st floor rather so have to climb up the stairs and if been out for the whole day walking it would have been nice to not climb another 2 flight of stairs to get into the lobby to get into the lift to your room. Aside from this, there’s nothing negative to say about this hotel or our stay.

Sound penetration into the room was quite bad. We could hear traffic the entire night making it difficult to sleep. Toilets were a little worn out and could be maintained better.

Location was excellent. 5 min walk to the train station and MBK. Rooms were fairly clean.

Overall the room and area is clean, however the issue or the seal at the bathtub can be improve and repair it, as this make the bath room look dirty and bad impression. overall everything is good. we book an 3 pax room, we do not request for room clean as we are those clean person, we request for water, but they only give us 2 bottel. however the staffs did help me to order grab food for my dad who did not go out. I think the cafe should be able to served simple few item menu for in house guest or work with restaurant nearby to provide food and simple meal thank you

Should have a door at passage leading to the toilet and shower room. Should have hooks and shelves in shower area to hang our clothers/towels and our toiletries. We keep having to move from the shower area to the main toilet to dress up after our showers. More than 2 card keys should be issued for 4 pax.

stairs to go up to the level 1 concierge, however you can go through the back via the carpark and go up via the lift, without climbing the stairs. Place was a bit noisy as was just next to the road, at night was still fine, however taking a nap during the day seems difficult. bring along noise cancelling earbuds or earplugs.

Very convenient location, exit 1 from National Stadium is closest to the hotel, however, there is only stairs to go down, you will have to actually go down the opposite direction towards MBK to use the lift if you are carrying luggage. There were free drinks and plenty of seats at the lounge area. There are two 7-eleven convenient stores nearby (1 immediately in front after climbing down the stairs from National Stadium Exit 1, and another when walking towards the hotel you will pass by IBIS Hotel first, which has 7 eleven on the first floor. Walking distance to MBK. Nearby a McDonalds.

The water from the shower head only could be super hot or room temperature. Sound proofing needs to be done better, we could hear the traffic from the main road and sounds from the corridor like people walking by, talking and vacuum clearly.

Location is very close to the BTS station. Room is of acceptable size.

Room lighting was a bit dim, could be slightly brighter. Street noise lasted till around 11pm but doesn't affect my sleep.

Great location, just beside the BTS and within walking distance to malls and popular Chula Food Street. Room and bed was clean and comfortable.
