The Rooms were super clean. Amenities well thought out. The staff specially were very polite and helpful. They have vehicles to take you to the beach/market and back multiple times a day, as well as Scooter rental. The breakfast buffet had good enough selection and the breakfast area boasted view of the cliff. The pool specially was amazing. Had a big shallow area for kids to play in.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were absolutely lovely. They upgraded our room to a pool view (which was beautiful!) it’s set right under the cliffs, away from the hustle of the Main Street. It is about a 5 min walk to the main road (but plenty of restaurants and shops nearer) and a 10-15 walk down to Ao Nang beach via the Main Street. We usually got the shuttle down one way and walked home when we were ready.

Everything. Friendly staff. Very accommodating, and definitely worth the money for the views, rooms, and facilities available. Only about a 20 minute easy walk to the beach or a free shuttle provided by the hotel at select times. If this isn't available, they also provide the shuttle at other times for 100 THB, which is lower than certain alternatives.

This is such a great hotel. It is very quiet and the entire setting is so comfortable. The highlight is their staffs and everyone is so nice and polite, always smiling. The receptionist girl is so sweet and kind, making me feel at home. The hotel dinning is surprisingly good and not expensive at all. As a matter of fact, the hotel price is comparable to the eateries on the street but with way better quality. We end up eating dinners all in the hotel. I know the location is a bit far from downtown but hotel has shuttle service and a bit of walk is not too bad. Overall the stay is fantastic and I will miss all the hospitality here.

Nothing. It was a bit far away from the city center but they arrange all transportation. Bed a little hard.

The pool, the food at the restaurant, the size of the room for 2 people and the amazingly kind staff. They will do everything to make your stay perfect. They arranged for us two great activities and recommended and booked an amazing activity. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, they put a sign in the restaurant and baked him a cake. Sweetest staff I have ever seen!!

We had the best time at this hotel. We stayed far too short to actually have the possibilities to do both: Sightseeing and relaxing. The rooms all open up to the two-storied central pool. The view of the cliffs were amazing. Breakfast was unique outdoors and still protected from sun and rain. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Great services were arranged: laundry, transport, motor bike rentals and more. If we ever come back to Ao Nang it's the place to come back.

Beautiful scenery. Wonderful staff. A little bit out of the main town but that was preferable to us and we utilised the free shuttle.

The air conditioning unit in our room was not performing well and needs replacing. We were not able to keep the room cool enough. The water pressure of the shower is also very weak and runs more like a small tap than a shower.

The location is good for peace and quite as it is away from the busy roads and motor vehicles. The staff are very friendly and helpful and always made sure to check on us and our needs.

I will strongly say - THE BEST stayed hotel in the whole Thailand during our travel. The staff so friendly, polite and honestly caring about you! They made our stay even better with small chatting and being so lovely! We even extended our stay for two more days. For two days we had to go early in the morning - they prepared our breakfast seperately for us! Thank you so much for this feeling like home! Additionally - the hotel is a bit away from the centre so it's calm and quiet, but not too far away to reach everything by feet. The view is to the cliff where you can see monkeys jumping on trees and even coming to the hotel (what a crazy but nice experience). Definitely reccomend!

The pool seemed pretty warm - it would have been nice to have it be a little cooler. It also seemed to have more chlorine that what I am used to. The night shift crew staffing the front desk seemed a little disinterested or distracted. Aside from that, the staff were generally pretty great.

The breakfast was quite good. There were eggs to order which was great. A variety of fruits and hot dishes and juices. The coffee was from a dispensing machine, so not ideal but for machine coffee it was better than most. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We ate lunch and dinner a few times in the hotel restaurant and the food was really good. The hotel is a bit outside of the clamor of Ao Nang which is nice - the downside is that you need to take a tuk tuk into town, but they weren't too expensive.

I could not think of anything bad.

The service and hospitality of the staff was outstanding. Literally everybody was really friendly and helpfull. The food and drinks were also very good (I would recommend the mojito ;) ). They bring it to your room or at the pool, so you can enjoy your holiday even more. After we checked-out, we still had a few hours to spend before our flight. We were able to make use of the pool and the bar. After that, they let us shower in a seperate building with fresh towels. And last, but not least, the view! It is located right besides a cliff. In the evening, parts of the cliff are lighted up. Amazing! I would really recommend this place to everyone!

Nothing bad about the property but it is a bit shocking to see the environmental degradation of the streams and land. It’s looks like plans have been made to put in sewage pipes but they have given up and left pipes above ground. The hotel owners should get together and have the local government do something.

This is an exceptional hotel. Very quiet and comfortable. Great restaurant. About 20 minutes walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes by tuk tuk. Better to be away from there as it is quieter I think. Great pool. Stunning vista of the cliff behind which had a golden hue as the sun sets. Attentive staff

Rooms can benefit from an updated design. There were also gaps in the entrance door, so we were worried that mosquitoes might come in at night.

Staff were very friendly, and the pool was clean. Can't say much about the breakfast as we didn't opt in for one, but the resort is a short walk to the city centre with loads to eat.

The rooms are fine but are lacking in character/artwork to make cozy.

Breakfast was geared more toward Asian diet but found things nonetheless. Loved the setting of the place against the cliff and as I predicted, very quiet at night.

Beautiful hotel in a great location as is close enough to the beach (25 minute walk,.though the hotel also provides a few shuttles through the day.) But far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. 7 11 is a 5 minute walk away, lots of food options nearby. Staff are very sweet, attentively and helpful, without being overly intrusive. Beds were comfortable and air con is great. Would definitely stay again
