The room could be cleaner. The bathroom was not very clear. The pillow is very hard so it is hard to sleep. Also very hot inside and if you try to sleep with AC on it is working very loudly

The hotel has a very nice infinity pool. The location is very good near everything in Ao Nang. Staff is very helpfull and friendly.

We loved the view from the room - the large windows opening to that view was amazing. The pool with infinity edge looking at the mountains and sea was a highlight, so nice to relax beside it! The entire room was large, clean, and the bathroom looked new! We loved the cart service that would bring us to/from the room, it was fun and the staff were so lovely that it was fun (not annoying). The location was perfect for us to walk up/down the main street for dinner. The booking desk helped us book multiple items, she was so kind and patient with us, all our experiences were great!

The hotel can use walls and furniture repainting. Pool bar in the evening can play some calming music, but I was there low season and the fact that it was quiet made my rest even better. A large mirror in the room next to the bed would be super. The gym needs to be bigger and have more equipment. Overall many more positives than negatives.

The hotel is old, but absolutely stunning. The executive apartment's view is amazing as well as the pool. Staff are super and joyful, if you ever have any issues they are always there to help/adress issues etc. Dinner was fabulous, I would recommend the Thai set for 350 bhat with so much food, delicious. The hotel is also very quiet. I also likes the butterflies everywhere and the lizards on the outside walls. I even liked the fact that one has to climb a little to get to the executive rooms area as it kept me fit!

Staff was very nice and helpful, except for the last evening. Because we were flying out early, we tried to check out the previous evening and tried to organise taxi to the airport as well as some small breakfast to be prepared for us in the morning. The taxi fares were far more expensive than the regular services that are offered just couple of minutes down the road, but I guess it is a matter of convenience or preference. What we really did not expected was that breakfast cannot be prepared that early in the morning. We were told that the kitchen was closed therefore no breakfast (which was already paid for) can be prepared. No effort was made to find a solution, not even an apology. Instead, we were asked if we can wait half an hour for the kitchen to open before we leave (and supposedly another half an hour for the food to be prepared). It would have been an interesting conversation with the plane pilot later when we try to explain why we are so late.

First thing that hits you is the beautiful view from the room terrace. Excellent breakfast with combination of local and European food. Located close to beautiful Ao Nang beach and almost everything else.

Service not great, no pool towels, had to ask for hand towels. Obvious that it was low season and standards seemed to drop a bit. Renovations taking place which is understandable. Generally hotel was good and stay was fine 🙂

Many mosquitoes. We didn't have water pressure in the shower, the staff tried to fix it with no luck, they also offered for us to change rooms.

Lovely place with lovely rooms the downside for me was were they put us up a hill which wasn't ideal being in are sixties although they would drive you in a buggy but the lift was also broke and we were on top floor seen young couples in ones lower I'm just one off these people who dosent complain enough but anyhow it good

The only slight issue was that the TV in the room didn't work. However, they did do their very best to try and fix it.

A beautifully presented hotel, right in the middle of town but set far back from the road and very quiet. The grounds were peaceful, 2 pools to choose from and the views from the top pool were stunning. Many great restaurants, and the beach, only a few minutes walk. We were booked to stay 3 nights and ended up extending to 12 nights. Would definitely stay again

It could be due to the monsoon season, and I’m sure the resort is working on it but I think the resort can be better with their electricity and water supplies. The electricity comes off and on whenever it rains heavily. It’s quite inconvenient when there’s no water in the morning too.

I enjoyed the view from my balcony and from the infinity pool the most. The staffs were very friendly and helpful too which is great especially for solo traveler like myself.
