the breakfast is ok, not over expectation and standard in 3-4 stars hotel. good environment. staffs are so nice and good hospitality. the bed is incredible after daytime activity.

Great family friendly hotel in an awesome location. We have a two year old, so the fact that there's a little park and multiple pools for her to play in was fantastic. Overall the hotel is very well kept, though some of the outside communal areas could use more sweeping.

The hotel needs some refurbishing, especially the pool area, the room was clean and spacious but definitely outdated and needs renovation

Slides are diy, not good contructed for slide as you jump as a ball and Might scratch your body due to age of slide. Not well maintened Brakefast every day same. We were there 9 nights.

Kindly note that they are not providing iron and iron board. We have requested but they said they don’t provide any of them. Unlike other hotel, they did not provide laundry bag, you need to pay 200baht for it. For Muslims, there is no halal food since they serve pork. Staff are not friendly and will talk about you behind your back in their language.

could sometimes hear other guests from room above walking or moving furniture etc. apart from that, can't fault the place. everything was perfect

staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help. the hotel facilities and landscaping were superb. breakfast buffet was high quality and lots of variety. rooms were immaculate spacious with huge balconies. multiple swimming pools with a couple of slides as well to keep the kids happy quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of ao nang beach, but still only a 10 minute walk away or 3min taxi / tuk tuk ride away

It does state there is a sauna on the list of facilities on booking.com but there wasn’t, not a massive deal but maybe that should be removed. Feel like there could be steps in the little pool with the baby slide for ease for the children to get in and out

No air conditioning in the main dining area, mind you there are many other places like this however you would expect something from a hotel. The ground can be slippery if you get rain.

You get the Thai village experience, lots of places nearby to eat, get massage, Breakfast was always good! Staff are always helpful. Room cleaners where the best through our whole trip. Short walk to the beaches

We would probably stay closer to main strip next time due to lack of footpaths walking to town with little kids. Breakfast was ok.

We booked a family suite with the extra bed in the loft, which allowed so much room to spread out. Recommend if you need the extra space with kids. The pools are awesome and its about a 10 minute walk to Ao Nang's main street. Tourist desk was super helpful booking transfers to night markets and Phuket airport.

The breakfast is disappointingly underwhelming. The property wasn’t too expensive, so I suppose can’t expect too much, but the cut fruit was never covered properly so remained exposed, the bread was sweet and the eggs were not cooked so well. However it was perfectly fine and good if you like Asian Breakfast. (Coffee was terrible but it’s hard to find good coffee as an Aussie!) Also, the storage / wardrobe in the room was a bit annoying - there are two big drawers near the mini bar fridge and that’s it - other than that it’s only hanging space :( I would have like to have more space to separate everyone’s clothes and things, rather than live out of suitcase and have stuff on the one flat bench that was in the room. This would be an easy fix (just get some hanging shelves, or bring in an tall boy in the empty space under the stairs). Also the bathroom is very tight - not any space to move around which made bathing kids a bit hard. But again, for the price, it’s probably normal. One drying rack for the balcony. Towels didn’t dry at all in the bathroom, so needed new towels each day :(

Great for kids - the loved the slides (one for big kids and one for littles). Hotel is big and doesn’t feel cramped at all. Plenty of room in the duplex style room for family of 4. (2 young kids). Very safe, nice and clean.

breakfast wasn’t the best, but edible, it’s the standard throughout at other locations too so don’t want to be too harsh,

family friendly away from noisy bars, but close enough to walk to the sea front for meals, my son found another kid to play with at the pool so I got a break from his annoying story’s of what he’s watched on youtube.

The property is aged. Limited access to hot water. Overall not very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Quiet location. (10 minutes walking from Ao Nang main promenade) amazing view of a jungle from the room.
