MalaysiaInformed the staff about the coffee machine and jacuzzi pool. Staff tried to fix the pool, but no update on the status of repair. Didn’t use the espresso maker, it’s faulty. In future, better try out the villa before entering. For this price, comfort equipments have to be faultless.
The resort looks refurbished, and it’s pleasant. The villa is well equipped and clean. Bed is comfortable, everything works. Provides lots of towels and amenities for the beach. Small quips about the espresso machine - didn’t work. Jacuzzi outdoor pool didn’t work as well.

ColombiaPool and gym opening times not convenient. Specially if you go early morning to a tour you can’t use the gym before 8am or after 5pm. Same for the pool. Kayaks were not available to use. Four of them were just parked in front of the beach. We had breakfast included and I was unable to serve my wife’s breakfast on a plate and bring it to her when she was sick in the room unable to go to the restaurant.
Good value for money. Good location. Room was big.

SingaporeOn first day we were in room L115. The room water heater was dysfunctional. Further the wooden curtains in bathroom area was not functional. Additionally the phone was dead so can't connect to reception. After spending one day, we noticed a snake in balcony of room L115 and we were then given room F202. The next room was given reluctantly and after making us wait more than required (we were commited new room at usual checking time of 2 pm, but was only given that room one hour late, disrupting our plans for day. And for all these while we had to stay at reception without fan as my family was a fraid of going back to F202 because of snake spotting.) The good thing about room is written above but in this room the central Aircon was leaking with water. On service front, because we were checking out early in morning we requested take away for breakfast. Despite explaining and confirming twice, the vegetarian breakfast was not packed. (We had requested bread butter in all boxes but in two of boxes bread with ham cheese was packed. Of course we didn't take it. In one beto box where there was no ham and cheese packed - we took that only to find out that no butter was provided!) So hotel needs to work on staff communication skills
On first day we we were in room L115, the room was decent enough and we would have continued there if we wouldn't have spotted a snake in balcony next day. The second room F202 given in lieu of above incidence was upgraded room with better area and private swimming pool. We enjoyed the stay there except the late checking in and the Aircon leaking part described below. The staff was in general okay with some folks really happy to help and listen to us while some a bit rude (one lady at reception was not ready to give me another room and I had to indulge in argument with her to make a point and request another room.)

SingaporeThe water at the showering area doesn't drain very well. The rooms at the hut-like doesn't have good sound proof because we were able to hear the persons next door talking and quarrelling with each other in the middle of the night.

IndiaTowels are very worn out, and needs newer hotels. Restaurant was not functional during our stay in May, possibly were closed due to off season. But there are many restaurants right outside the resort, so this is not a problem. Needs more electrical sockets.
Great location of hotel, has direct access to beach from the hotel. Has tables and lounge chairs next to beach. Good breakfast options for vegetarian eaters. Our delux room was on the ground floor and had access to the swimming pool, it was great and had lounge chairs.

United KingdomThe pools were not clean Daily. There was rubbish and glasses left around the pool area for days at a time.. The reception staff were very unhelpful and quite rude. It was our third year returning to this accommodation, which wasn’t recognised by the staff. There was no welcome back. Thank you for coming again there wasn’t even a thank you !!!! The reception staff were truly awful. Not one pleasant person among them..
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Room service every day, changing towels and providing water and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The breakfast was nice . The Porter was always helpful, polite and courteous. We stayed in one of the grand rooms which is a little villa , the hotel rooms were very small

IndiaWe need not ask for the locker key at the reception. It should be provided with the key card. There was no dental kit, shaving kit in the bathroom. The tea, coffee and creamer were too few and stale. These small things do not cost much but they matter.
Good breakfast. They could add some Indian items too in the breakfast, considering the fact that majority of guests were from India.

United KingdomIn a evening could do with some entertainment and better restaurant. it felt dead in the evening, not like it was a problem for us, as all the restaurants were few steps away. TV could have some movie channels, it meant to be one but it wasn't working.
