Quiet, clean, great AC and amazing owners

Fridge and freezer go off when key not in the room. Shower pressure not great. Feels very much like your staying at a family’s house, no one ever at reception. Have to interrupt family having lunch etc to ask questions. Not particularly friendly, you feel like your being a nuisance.

Lovely private place. Balcony backs out onto greenery, so no neighbors. There was a big fridge with a decent size freezer (however it goes off when not in the room- not ideal when ice in there!!) comfy bed. Free coffee. 300baht scooter rental.

Location is not ideal if you don’t have a bike,otherwise it’s ok! 6 minutes drive until the beach and night market. Staff was not the most friendly, but also not bad.

Room was huge and quiet, bed was really comfortable, they would clean and replace water everyday. It’s possible to rent bike direct with them or just across the street where is cheaper. You can also find coffee and biscuits downstairs which is quite nice.

Comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, nice beds and the family rooms are perfect for a family! We enjoyed being further away from the busy areas, yet a short walk to the beach.

- the location is poor, there is no pavement to walk and the road is very busy. It is also very difficult to order a taxi from there as no one wants to pick us up from there.

- spacious room with the fridge and free water - nice view from the window - clean - good price for the quality I really liked it there.

Reception staff not always available. Hot water and coffee sachets/teabags available but unfortunately would prefer dedicated area for eating/drinking etc, or place to meet other visitors. Taxi driver couldn’t find hotel despite being experienced airport driver!

Most of the time there wasn’t anybody behind the counter and didn’t respond that well to WhatsApp. But in the end it all worked out.

It can be hard getting transport to the beach area but easy enough to get back.

If I have to say something, the pressure in the shower very low and the toilet needed renovation. But nothing to complain, we were super comfortable and got all we needed for the price we paid. In case other travelers need to catch Grab (the Thai Uber), it took us almost 1h to get one, I think because for such cheap price it was not convenient for them driving all the way to the location. But we found one and he was really kind.

Everything was great, comfy bed, blackout curtains, nice personnel. The area is far from the Aonang beach but there are local places to eat for really cheap price. We loved that a lot. The owner is super kind and easy to talk to, she was willing to help us with anything we needed, she made us feel like at home. They rent motorbikes too, so it makes it easier to move around.

We were on the first floor and could hear all the noise from reception. Not much space to keep clothes. The hotel is located far from the beach, no way to live there without bike or car. Took bike in the hotel: the price was higher than in another places, plus they took extra charge for petrol for 1 day use (no charge for 3days-use at another place)

Location isn’t amazing for walking but you can hire mopeds from them and it’s a short drive to the night market etc.

Friendly and super helpful staff, lovely comfortable room with a beautiful view. Our aircon broke during our stay and they were on it straight away moving us to another room for the night and had it fixed for us in the original room the next day. Could highly recommend!

We like everything in this place . So clean and so unique interior. Perfect view from the terrace. Close to 7/11 and a few very nice restaurants . Can rent a motorbike or walk to the beach for around 15 min . Very sadly that we stayed only one night there before leaving. We love it .
