Theres a club nearby so you can actually hear the sound, but their air conditioning is more noisy so it sort of covers the noise lol. Rooms are a bit dated but it is quite clean. Walls are a bit thin and you can hear housekeeping walkie talkie in the morning, guests closing their doors

I love the location as it was right in the middle of the busy street where shopping, restaurants, convenient stores, massage, beaches, bars, pubs and everything you need. Love tge family rooms as they have enough beds to accommodate everyone. The staff were very helpful and downstairs is the coffee club and next to it is a massage parlour. Beds were comfy. There was a nice terrace but unfortunately it is a waste that they didn’t put table n chairs, else it will be nice. I had to use the room chair to chill outside

The shower room was small and water has a low pressure. Leaking the water to the toilet.

Location was super great - easy access to everything (shops, restaurants, Aonang beach). Bed was comfortable and housekeeping service was doing good job - cleaning our room, changing towels and bedsheets.

- Though there are many restaurants in the neighborhood, food at the Ao Nang Landmark nightmarket (1.5km away) is much better and cheaper. Restaurants close by are just fleecing tourists, serving mostly low quality food at European prices. This applies also for the breakfast at Kokotel. - If you are not a good sleeper, avoid rooms close to main street.

- Located very close to Ao Nang beach, easy to get by and many food options in the neighborhood. - Friendly and helpful staff, cleaned the room every day. - All beaches in the neighborhood are easily accessible from this location, - There are many laundry services next to kokotel, rates approx 50 Baht per kilo. They offer quick, good and reliable service, delivery within 24 hours. - Kokotel provides free drinking water , every floor has water dispensers -cold and hot. - Wifi is very good.

Hotel is at the centre or Ao Nang surrounded by nice restaurants and decent massage shops. Very near to beach and value for money. Rooms are decent with hotel professionalism

I have to say, their breakfast was THE most tasty and best meal ever. This hotel beat all 5 other hotels we stayed at (4 and 5 stars) with tastiest breakfast. Well done!!

Good location , nice staff, good beds, the back side of the hotel is more quiet. Breakfast not the best in my impression. Better to have it next door o in any other nearest local. Water pressure not the best but in general is good place to stay , they have nice slider and place for the kids .

The room we got is in the back side of the property. so, our balcony didn't have a good view. But the rooms located in the front side had an excellent view from the balcony, just sitting in the balcony and watching the people roaming would be an enjoyable experience.

Breakfast should be improved. No exhaust fan in the bath room. No generator in the hotel in case of power failure.

Facilities were outdated. Water pressure is very low. Bathroom layout was very odd with the toilet facing the shower. There was barely room for your legs. TV reception was poor. Entertainment area across the street was very loud at night

Couldn’t take breakfast as the kitchen was not halal, should have kept alternatives, was not buffet. AC was a bit noisy, water dispenser was often not working (no bottled water- that’s fine), had to ask for essentials like dental kits, slippers , etc (were available though on demand)

Excellent location, halal food court just opposite to it, playing zone for kids, helpful staff, nice rooftop swimming pool with views of hills n sea, spacious n clean room with comfortable beds.

It's located in one of the main streets in ao nang.You can hear from the room the noise and the music from the bars around, until very late in the night.

Guest parking. With such great stay but needed to work uphill every time when you want to go around.

Excellent location. Great playground and nice cafe. I bought a sheep with me.
