We were picked up from the pier, which is about a 5min drive. The house was great and has got all you need. Scooter rental was available and gasoline as well at the building of the owner. We used the scooter to explore the island and its beautiful beaches. The owner is very helpful, he arranged the entire trip to Khao Sok for us. There were adorable cats.

I now understand why this property is so highly rated. The accommodation is comfortable and the location is great (near the pier, beach, 7/11, restaurants etc.) The staff is what really sets this place apart though. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Thank you!

Nothing, was everything perfect!

If you go to Koh Yao Yai, this place is the best choice you can make! It’s very close to the harbor Chong Lard Pier from which you have free pick up. At the Inn it’s possible to rent scooter for a very good price, you will need it to explore the island! Very good restaurant close by, the owner will advice you about it! About the owners they are a very nice couple ready to help you for any kind of necessity, they are very happy and they share their good energy with you! Rooms are very comfortable and clean. I strongly recommend this place!!

In our experience of travelling for over a year now in my opinion it was expensive for what it was. The separation of the reception area and no breakfast almost made the stay feel self catering and we had very little interaction with the owners. Just personal preference but we enjoy a good conversation with the owners to gain local understanding and experience and we didn’t feel we had this here.

Very modern comfortable clean accommodation. Comfortable bed, basic but clean bathroom. Owner kindly collected us from pier in aircon car which was a pleasant surprise. It’s very quiet but the island is extremely quiet located very near to a couple of very good restaurants.

Amazing stay; the host was so accommodating with lifts to and from the pier, and helped us move to our 2nd hotel after extending our stay (we would have stayed here again but was fully booked understandably as it was great), I recommend staying here! Great stay.

Bathroom became very warm, attracting A LOT of ants, but never came in the room.

Very clean, modern property! Super comfortable bed and clean bedding. Nice veranda area, room felt very private. The garden area was maintained very well, gardener out daily cleaning. Location is great! Can rent a bike from property, 250baht per day. Close to some lovely restaurants and 7/11 within walking distance. Highly recommend

We arrived at the furthest pier, and we had to pay for both pick-up and drop-off, but it was great to have arranged it with the accommodation.

It is a family homestay, and the experience was super convenient. You can rent a motorbike and fill up with gasoline on the premises. The room/bungalow was clean and comfortable.

The host and his wife went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble, we loved our stay here! You can rent a scooter, use the laundry service and there's a 7/11 a few minutes walk away. The surroundings were beautiful and our room was very spacious. They provided bottles of water for us everyday and organised our boat to Ao Nang for us. Thank you for having us, we would love to come back!

Nice little house, good firm mattress, proper AC, even has a working desk, there’s a nice porch to relax with a garden view. Good location, close to a 7-11. Family that runs business is kind and helpful. Recommend.
