We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Beautiful room with all facilities you could need in a nice and quiet spot (bathroom in the tree house was really cool). Staff were lovely, kind and helpful and provided laundry, food and scooter rental all well priced without any problems. Near a scenic beach and close to the pier for the ferry.

ThailandThis place is amazing! We really like small local islands. This island is exactly like that. Hotel is wonderful )) We rented house 1 and 3. Everything is done with care and love. House has cute carpets, cute pink cups, hotel has delicious food, large garden, 4-5 minutes walk to the sea, nice staff. Thank you kaaa ❤️

We liked the room but it could be better with simple improvements, there are only 3 small shelves and nowhere to hang clothes, no fridge, no rack to dry clothes on the terrace. They have a duvet on the bed (without cover) that is too hot for the weather, especially in a room without a/c.
The fan garden view bungalow is really pretty, all made of wood, it’s spacious and has a big bathroom too, the terrace is spacious too. the garden and the location are very peaceful, all you hear is lots of birds, in about 5 minutes walk you get to the a very quiet beach and you are close to the pier town. Staff is really nice, they picked us up from the pier upon arrival.

Had such an amazing stay here, would highly recommend! Stayed in the AC villa and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is also a 8min walk to the closest beach, and a 10-15min walk to Koh Jum village, as well as a short drive to anywhere on the island! We stayed for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer, the owners are really lovely and the food at their restaurant is delicious!

United KingdomWiFi didn’t seem to stretch to the treehouse (but I didn’t really mind!)
Such a beautiful and peaceful location surrounded by trees and plants. we stayed in the treehouse which was such a great experience, being able to sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee/beer and have a great view of the area. The bed was huge and very comfortable and we loved the open bathroom.
