We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

i really liked the people working there. it is a familiar atmosphere. they cleaned in the morning everything and you saw them a few times during the day checking on everything. it was amazing. they also really cared about us and dis everything, so that we can enjoy our stay. the lockers are really good.

NetherlandsOne of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. Super cosy and clean, I liked that it was smaller than most hostels. My bed was super comfy. And the staff was great! Especially the girl who welcomed me (I unfortunately forgot her name) was really lovely and I had a great time with her! I would definitely come back here.

The staff is so lovely, treated me like old friend with family atmosphere helped me with everything even brading my hair before diving and giving advice where to go and helping me to find my diving boat as they forgot to pick me up absolutely love them💓 The location is walking distance to everything you need- beach dive shops 7eleven shopping party but it‘s in a quiet sidestreet with a stunning view to the jungle extended to stay 9 nights, shower with space to hang your things, toilets were clean, mirrows had fancy lights to change color and the whole thing is new but felt so cozy, kitchen with coffee and hot/cold water for free, they rent scooters The other travellers were respectful and nice people and as the walking street with all party is 3 min walking distance it was easy to socialize anyways :)

Cool, quiet and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and we also used the laundry service which was great value. The views out of the kitchen/living area were gorgeous. Would happily stay again!

Cleanest hostel I’ve stayed in on Koh tao and comfy beds Made friends with everyone in my room so was good vibes. Bai the owner is lovely. Free snorkel & bicycle Free tea and coffee I ended up extremding 3 times so was there for about 2 weeks! Was in a great location, close to the hustle and bustle but not loud at night. Will be back next year! Thanks for the stay!

AustraliaExhaust fans in the showers would help a lot to keep unwanted odours out - Also a sign asking people to take their soaps etc with them in the showers would be amazing, I had nowhere to put my own toiletries! Meeting other guests was a little challenging, a ‘family dinner’ or similar would be lovely even if it was just take out organised 1-2 times a week! This is all just friendly feedback, thanks again Bai for your hospitality ☺️
Bai makes every effort to make your stay memorable and comfortable. He’s a lovely host and clearly puts a lot of effort into making sure every guest is comfortable!! Facilities were good, clean and comfortable! Basic kitchen amenities available including a fridge.

IndiaThis hostel is absolutely brilliant. It's got the best host, its more home less hostel. Met a couple of people from the UK and Europe. There's no noise at all so i've slept really well. They have a store down stairs as well where you can get all the basics. You can also rent bikes.
