No hot water but it was so warm this wasn't really an issue

Very accommodating staff (kindly gave me a lift to the pier when I was leaving for free), can hire bikes for a small fee, able to organise tours through the accommodation (I did one up mount Phu), big clean room, close to a nice café for breakfast, allowed me to check in early no problem, water provided free of charge, great location in the middle of the island - just 10 min walk to the beach (or a 5 min cycle), responsive on booking.com

The hostel is ver well located.Loved the nearby cafe and mini markets and its proximity to the beach.Room is spacious,super clean and bathrooms as well.A much appreciated strong a/c in the room is always a plus! A special thanks to the owner for the morning ride with the bike to Mu Tu pier. Kop kung kah,see you sometime in the future on this paradise island!!!

Not much, as for a small hostel I would say this is one the better ones for the size and value for money

We had ants on the first night when we came back from dinner without any real reason, no food/drinks in the room. Once we put out some bug resistant bands we didn't have an issue after that.

Very friendly staff. Good location and bikes to rent. We rented bikes most days and the owner let us take them for free for our final day on Jum which was a nice touch. Little front porch with chairs to sit out on in semi-privacy. Loved Koh Jum and enjoyed the location so booked 2 further nights directly with the property. We were able to buy our ferry ticket from the accomodation and the owner dropped us to the pier on the morning we left.

The bungalow is a new one, with everything you need and has a big balcony with a garden so you have your own privacy. Shop, cafe, bar just a few steps, restaurant and beach in walking distance. The owner is a very friendly man! You can pay by card here and can exchange money, and can rent a scooter too. They organise excursions as well so this place has everything you need during your stay. Instead of this is a hostel, the bungalow is highly recommended for a family too (they can put extra bed into it).

Amazing location and very helpful staff. The manager rented us a scooter for the week, helped us book transport and importantly they have one of the only visa/debit machines on the island! Our room was comfortable and very clean. Great value on a beautiful island.

The bed was the hardest we have experienced in Asia (6weeks so far) and the shower didn’t have hot water ( as in no hot water tap or electric heater)

Room was spacious and it was in the centre of the island with easy access to everything.

It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but it is in the middle so you can choose which beach you want to go to. At the end if you want to see any other beach, no matter where you stay, you have to rent a bike or motorbike anyway.

I have chosen a bungalow which met my expectations. For a change I wanted to have something like a hotel room, rather that a rustical bungalow. Even though street is next to the bungalow, it was quiet at night as windows have good sound isolation.

the staff are lovely and helpful. the hostel is kept really clean. the staff clean throughout the day. me and my friend really enjoyed our stay here and extended our stay by multiple nights. a real island escape with a local atmosphere!!

We rented the bungalow and it was not cleaned very well. We had a bit of an ant problem which is annoying. Cold showers.

Location is great in the center of Koh Jum. Close to restaurants and beach.

The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, but overall the property was nice.

Such a wonderful property, and we had the bungalow. It’s in the middle of the island so each way there is plenty to do. it’s also very close to the beach! Staff were very friendly too, really nice people.

No bathroom towels, soap or fridge. We missed the fridge since we couldent buy breakfast and keep it cold. Some ants in the room, not a big issue. The airconditioner was a little bit unreliable No common area for cooking or fridges.

The location - Walking distance to different beaches and restaurants, right next to one of the minimarkets. Softest bed we've had in Thailand so far
