We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our host was super sweet and helpful, the room was big with a big window, and the hotel has a great location, 5 minutes walk to the night market. It also has a restaurant! We booked a tour with them to Phi Phi for a day.

Great place and value for money. The people are so nice there. This is a great place to just relax. It looks like the pictures. It was clean. The mini fridge works well, there’s place to hang your clothes and a desk to work at. Each bed has a plug to charge your phone.

PolandFloor in the bathrooms gets wet/slippery easily after every shower. Walls/door of the room are/is very thin - you hear every move in the staircase and every conversation of your neighbours. No deposite box in the room.
Great lokation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Laundry service available directly at the reception. Very quiet and effective air conditioning. No problem with leaving bags at the reception after check-out.

PolandI was lucky to have the room with window to the street. Maybe rooms with view to backyard are not so attraktiv, but last at least absolutely new renovated room and bathroom...they still working on the staircase but you getting a regular 3 stars room for 13$ .... pictures are showing exactly the place on top they have own bistro were you can eat lokal food for very dicent price. Krabi is not the city where you want to stay for longer just as a transfer to the coast and islands. Very close to the Hotel is main street to catch a van - bus that take you farther.
