We did not eat at the restaurant there but there are many great places to eat nearby. The hotel is walking distance to Karon Beach and easy to get Tuk tuks & taxi's to other areas. There is a bar across the road from it that plays music late into the night, so if you're sensitive to noise when sleeping ask for a room not facing the road. This area is very far from old Phuket

The floors really spread the sand and it got everywhere. Maybe somewhere to wipe off or a brush and shovel or something could help?

The property had everything we needed - location, facilities, breakfast, pool, bar (it goes on!). Awesome spot! The staff went above and beyond, we were blowing up a pool you and within 2 mins of seeing us struggle a man appeared with an electronic pump to save the day. They did that without being asked which is special.

Poor choice for breakfast. Hotel advertising saying 4 stars but at the lobby the sign only indicates 3 stars. The 2000 THB deposit is a bit sketchy, first time a cash deposit is asked in a hotel. Shower a bit dirty.

Great location between two beautiful beaches. Neighbourhood is lively with a lot of good food options. Rooms were spatious, equipments ok. Bottled water provided everyday. Personnel is nice and helpful.

The bathroom needed maybe a little bit more cleaning. Also, it can get a bit noisy from the scooters and cars on the road, but it’s not that big of an issue.

The hotel has a great location close to Karon and Kata beach. There are a lot of shops, restaurants nearby. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. The terrace is a plus, it is very nice to sit during the evening.

It is advertised as a 4 star hotel on booking.com, but the sign at the front desk says 3 stars. (Or these 2 are totally different star rating systems.) Nevertheless, the room equipment is not 4 stars. There are zero hangers on the wall, the cloth drying rack is not enough for a family and also in the gardrobe there is just little space. One more thing, but it was our oversight when we booked: there is no balcony and your swimming clothes and beach towels will never get dry in the room.

The location is great, because it is very close both to Karon and to Kata beach. Also, the rooftop pool and bar are very nice. The hotel manager is a very nice person.

The swimming pool is rather small. But hey, who needs a pool when you have two beaches within 5 mins walk? The rooms I've booked were without breakfast. But there are plenty options around the venue.

Everything. The location is perfect. The two beaches, Karon and Kata, are within walking distance from the hotel. They also know the customers so well for providing beach towels and slippers to facilitate our needs. And the truly hidden gem is the rooftop overlooking hills and beaches. Worth every penny. It was very cozy even at noon and was best in the evening. At night, there is this awesome and very talented singer from Philippines singing romantic songs per our request. The ambience was unbeatable. We surely had one of our best moments there.

No balcony - drying wet beachwear is problematic. Small touches would improve, like more bathroom accessories, better located sockets near the bed.

The only problem was drying clothes. Even swimsuits didn’t dry during the night as the windows in the room won’t open. Maybe the hotel team could provide with dries at the rooftop for night, or whatever)

I really appreciate the work all personnel does to make your stay perfect! Clean rooms, breakfast selection included fried rice, several types of eggs, fresh fruit and vegetables. Particularly enjoyed the pastry. Tea and coffee machine and some juices. The location is absolutely perfect to visit Karon beach, which we consider the best. About 10 minutes walk to Kata night market with amazing choice of seafood options for cheap prices. The rooftop terrace is a perfect place to chill with amazing views! There was a life music show during our stay. I am particularly grateful to Tee for helping us to prolong our room for another day due to flight delays. All the ladies at the reception are super kind, cute and helpful. If you ask me which hotel I will stay in next - this one for sure!

Our room was by the street, so, it was a bit noisy sometimes but the earplugs helped. Air conditioner stopped working from around 7-8 AM and then it was blowing hot air after that. We would usually go to beach by 10 and leave it turned off until we come back and it would work again once we're back. We would do the same in the evening because the air conditioner would just stop working after some hours of work. This is just something to keep in mind because Phuket can be very hot, so, just be aware that air conditioner might stop working at some times, and then it's basically impossible to stay in the room, so, plan ahead

The hotel is well located between Kata and Karon beach which is very nice because you can easily switch it up every day. The room was spacious, clean and luminous. The breakfast was nice overall. The rooftop pool was also cool although we stayed there only once on our trip

We stayed10 days. The room, we felt lacked wardrobe/storage space for clothes. We had a room which overlooked the main road and it was really noisy throughout the night with the boom box tuk tuks.

Unaware of cash deposit required on arrival of 2000 tbt . Noise all night of truck every 30 minutes arriving to fill up from water hydrant at side of hotel, with whistle being blown & engine left running. Asked for room change to other side of hotel away from noise, advised cost to do so. When we declined to pay additional charge he reduced this rate! Pool bar never open for service !

The hotel is on the main street, which means it is very noisy. Ear plugs are a must for a good night's sleep! Cleaning was ok-ish, there were spots visibly not cleaned. Breakfast was a little bit disappointing, very limited. No options of lactose free milk. The hotel takes a deposit (cash only) at the check-in.

The location between two beaches is perfect, easy access to restaurants, shops, atms. Very comfortable bed and pillows! With a quiet AC. Staff is nice and helpful.

The shower door cannot be shut properly while using it. Hence, the water is leaking out from the door. The pillowcase i had got ink stain. They should remove those pillowcase and be more careful with it.
