Property is a bit dated now with some of the facilities probable in need of an upgrade / some TLC or paint. Would also recommend the property supplying a mosquito net for guests, we had our own that we used.

Located closed enough to the hustle and bustle that you can walk into the busy part but far enough away that it is a very peaceful stay with glorious jungle and mountain views. Very basic inside but a bargain stay. We were able to leave out bags as we arrived very early morning and we were able to check in early at no extra cost.

My cabin was a bit run down with the walls separating in the corners leaving a large gap and some bad termite damage in places.

A/C was weak. I asked also fan. It tooks long time to before you can cool the room. Resort is little far ( 1,6 )from main beach and centrum. But I like walk and there are plenty of tuk-tuk around.

Garden is amazing. Realle quiet bungalow. Really nice staff. There was problem with A/C, but they fixed it immediately.

No hot water at all for the 3 nights we stayed, someone came in to show us how to turn it on in the cupboard but again we had no hot water, the shower head is quite full of limescale with only a trickle of water coming out so this may be the problem? (Stayed in room 102), despite this we would still stay again because it is such a lovely place!!

Such a beautiful place to stay! We loved our room it was lovely and spacious, the hosts are also such lovely friendly people. The surroundings and the cliff are amazing!

Really cosy place with a lot of jungle feeling close to the mountains. The room was good and got cleaned every day. They had beautiful cats and one of them liked to hang out with us at our balcony which was really cosy. We had a motorbike so everything (restaurants, shops, beach etc) was just a few minutes away.

The wifi did not work throughout our entire stay which was a bit troublesome.

The location is beautiful, tucked right up to the limestone cliffs surrounded by jungle. It's located a short walk off the main road so it's pretty quiet while also being walking distance to the main strip. We had an adorable cat that hung out on our front porch each morning (we named her The Dutchess). The rooms are pretty rustic, but for the price that's what you'd expect but an excellent budget place with beautiful scenery.

Super nice, green and quiet setting with a beautiful veranda. Within walking distance from the center and the beach. Bungalow was old and simple but clean with a/c and hot shower and water. Nice and friendly hosts. Overall very good price quality ratio - we would come again!

Overall, we were very happy with our stay but there were a few things that could've been better. First, the property description states that "Guests at Kiriraya Resort can enjoy an American breakfast" but there was no breakfast of any kind available. (We were advised to go to the 7 Eleven five minutes away.) Although they were responsive to WhatsApp messages, there was almost never anyone at the reception to answer questions or get assistance. Finally, the hot water heater in our room kept tripping the circuit breaker and although we figured out how to fix it ourselves after the first time when a staff member had to come to the room, it always happened when one of us was in the middle of a shower and suddenly got cold water. This wasn't terrible since the weather was hot but it was inconvenient.

The location is fantastic -- a beautiful, tranquil spot under huge cliffs, well off the busy main street but just an easy 5-15 minute walk from restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Each room is a private cabana with balcony. The resort was kind enough to arrange transportation from/to the Krabi airport for 600 Bhat each way.

There was also no soup in the room. I asked but I got shampoo and body lotion instead of hand soup. There were also some blood stain in the bed sheets. We got the last room which is nearly in the jungle. And at the midnight there were some kind of animal at the top of the room, we heard that and kept sleeping :) Location is not really good. You should walk around 20 min to reach the beach.

Price/performance ratio is ok. Air conditioner working good.

The lighting was very poor and there was a constant smell of mothballs.

The room and the bathroom were very spacious as well as the bed. It is not far from the main avenue where you can find everything you need and you can get to the beach in 10/12 minutes walking. At the same time it is located in a quiet place and it felt really good to relax um the front porch at night.

The place was not clean, stains in the bathroom from the previous person staying in the room and a dirty toilet when we entered. Besides that, the bungalow had wide open doors when we arrived at 9pm, so there was plenty of mosquitos inside that we could not get rid off

The location and bungalows are amazing if you are looking for a nice accommodation in the middle of the nature, but close enough to the main road.
